Do you want that Bioware allow modding of MEA Singleplayer?

Is there any reason to think they'll ban modding in single player? DAI has mods, previous ME games have mods.

I don't think this game will be particularly mod friendly, but I'm hoping for some texture mods, maybe some hairstyles.

I miss the old Override directory. ME2-3 high res texture mod was a PITA.

Do you maybe know are Dragon Age Origins haves modding support I think on mod creator tool? I know that ME don't have it.

I think the problem will be the engine, which isn't very mod friendly. I doubt Bioware will forbid it.

Non issue for me. Since I'm a Superior Console Player.

Most mods for the Xbox One and PS4 versions of Fallout 4 and Skyrim SE haven't exactly wowed me, a few have but I'm no better with them or without them.

One of the best mods I've ever used is the Updated / Improved Textures mod for the first Mass Effect. While textures won't be an issue for Andromeda obviously, the point is that sometimes companies don't have the time / resources / corporate permission to work on some things. I'm sure everyone on the BioWare staff would love to play the first Mass Effect with HD textures. If issues crop up with Andromeda that are too minor to fix, let's allow people to see what they can tweak. Yes, I know, Unreal 3 vs. Frostbyte 3 (or is it Frostbyte 4?). I'm not saying include a mod kit, but don't lock stuff away behind proprietary file extensions (unless of course there's, like, Day 1 DLC hidden in there somewhere...).

As someone who is currently playing Fallout 4 with 238 active mods, I'm going to have to give this a hell yeah.

You have obviously never played Expanded Galaxy Mod for ME3

But that aside - graphic mods can always be made, even on the most complicated of engines. But I miss the days of Baldur's Gate, when entire sub plots were written by the community.

I ask in case that modders find ways to change weapons loadouts of squadmates etc... Do Bioware will try to prevent this mod (which change gameplay).

ME3 isn't maded in Frosbite 3, btw Mate Expanded Galaxy Mod got add on! Miranda got her way back on Normandy and into Shepard heart via Miranda Mod addon
