Any way to Black Out or Tint the Glass/Visor on the Helmets?

I imagine it's different on a helmet by helmet basis. Like the armour lights seem to be in this game.

I also have a similar question that isn't worth making a new thread for if anyone can answer it: has anyone seen any visor options for Ryder? Like the Kuwashii or the Sentry Interface from the original trilogy?

Ah, that's a shame. I didn't find anything during the 10 hour trial but I dawdled a fair bit. Hope something shows up either further into the game or in DLC as they were cool to have, but I guess it's helmets off if they aren't available. 

I would be surprised if there was no visor option(s) for players.

Has anyone figured this out at all? Or are we stuck with transparent glass? The Pathfinder helmet looks slightly funny to me without any tinting. I feel like most of the time I'm missing the top of the helmet like space cadet Friar Tuck.

The blacked out or tinted glass looks so much better.

Some armors start out with this such as the N7 set, others change as you go up in level, Pathfinder V has a tinted visor, I believe, I've only looked at some armors that you can craft so I can only tell you what I've seen. Remnant armor doesnt have a visor at all, its the ultimate in tinting, I guess

But so far Ive not found any way to specifically choose tinted or untinted and I dont think its an option on anything.

The Hyperguardian helmet has dark tinted glass.

Its still transparent and ugly, The N7 helmet is much better. If it was dark like your op image it would have been perfect

The N7 Helmet does tint, but you have to craft N7 Pathfinder Helmet IV.  Helmet V works too.  Its just weird that the original without the little side scope or antenna doesn't tint.  Maybe its a bug?





 

I have IV but no tint.
