You can't deconstruct the Deluxe edition weapons which is understandable but when you upgrade them with an augmentation you cannot get the augmentations back since the weapon get destroyed.
all other weapons give back the augmentations when deconstructed so you don't lose your ultra rare aug when you want to upgrade the weapon version.

Also noticed that when I went to create the Pathfinder Pioneer II with augments that it crafted a level I not a level II, but maybe i missed something along the way.
