journey of a (quite) beginner

I was told that after about 800 to 1000 items received (from store or treasure chests in game) you get better loot.   Not sure if that's true or not.  At 30/30/30, you probably should be running with the followings:

1H warrior: bitter axe
2H warrior: dragon maul
dagger rogue: bloody bargain/savage thorn
bow rogue: heartstring bow
mage: heart of pride

Those were the usual gears for perilous folks who has not gotten the hakkons.

Yes, spend $2K and you get big chests!   Wait are we talking about the same thing? 

LOOT

You have a hidden 'loot score' based on the item cards you have collected. Items (not potions) in both the store chests and dungeon chests.

Basically there are different tiers, with 10000 items being the highest loot bucket.

Noone is really sure of what the tier brackets are (I assume blocks of 1000 but who the hell knows)

You need 800+ item loot score before the Hakkon weapons have a chance of dropping from the Nightmare and Heartbreaker dragons (possibly bugged as people have started new characters and gotten Hakkons fairly quickly)

*** Hakkon cards DO drop from the NM Commander fight (not just the dragon) I got a Crescent's Shadow from Red Templar Commander as proof ***

It is generally accepted that it takes 2.4 million gold spent to max out your loot score

Once you reach max loot score you still get loads of shite grey gear.

Promotions/Prestige will not influence your drops at all.

That means I need to spend exactly 1 million more gold

I wouldn't bother posting your weapon list if I were you as it won't indicate anything.

You could get some cool new weapons tomorrow, or never get them, no matter what your loot score is.  It's all random.

Is that true that i need to get all lvl 25 weapon before getting a hakkon or greater weapon?

No, it is not true. Besides there are not many lvl 25 weapons, somehow they did not pay much attention to this level
You need an Item Look score of 800+ to be able to get it from a Nightmare Dragon. Not sure if it is the same score for Store Chests.

Prepare for painful grinding.
It took me 9 months of effective playing to get all end game gear.

The level 27 weapons are much better when your cunning is on the low side, imho.
