Good Video. I would add use of consumables, even if it is something such as a universal power amp, or tech/biotic I. Those level ones are just going to stockpile anyway.

Very good video. I can see that I already screwed up with my 1st mission fund purchase as I bought gear rather than another strike team which makes perfect sense.

I also succumbed a few times to the lure of a higher end pack as I didn't realize all that you get out of character cards, I thought it was just appearance. I shall forth with stick to basic packs for the foreseeable future.

Your beginner points about using consumables, helping with objectiv4s and not running to the Ezone were especially good info.

The content of what you are saying is good, but thats as far as it goes for praise from me, as both a content creator and a viewer.

Your mic sucks. Get a proper one(im assuming youre using a headset) and never use the one you used on this video ever again. Had i not been watching to review your video, id have clicked off after a second. I got to about 2 minutes in and i just got bored listening to the monotone voice over. Put some emotion into what you are saying, pretend like you actually care about the things you are trying to teach.

Production value is poor, no transitions between clips and the whole thing looks like it was made in windows movie maker. Your gameplay is bad too. Dont know if it was gold or not (didnt look like it) but personally i wouldnt take anybody whos gameplay looks that sloppy seriously.

And lastly the title. Its clearly click bait, thats probably why you chose it. But any video which starts as 'top 10' signifies that the creator is in this for clicks and views, not for good quality community focussed content, at least to me. You could have easily made the same video without 'top 10' and just put the same points in. If your justification is that its easy to digest, then you need to seriously shorten your video length by at least half, because almost 15 minutes is far too long.

As i said though, the content was good, very helpful to new players.




Feels like im blasting you a bit, but ive tried to be as honest as possible here. You do you though, youve got a lot of subs so somethings working for your audience, i just wont be adding to that total.

Your mic does sound a bit "tinny". Also, it seems there is some echo as well. Mild, but I can hear it.

If you are in a space with a lot of hard flat surfaces, try throwing blankets over stuff to dampen the echo.

Obviously you could get more expensive stuff to dampen the reflections, but this will work for now.

Constructive criticism isn't supposed to be politically correct.  

I think this is yet another case of hardened pros having zero ability to put themselves into the shoes of the intended audience. 

Im actually really surprised to hear youre using a yeti... it sounds like a headset mic. Maybe try adjusting the sensitivity if thats possible?

And yeah, as i said, good content, great actually for newbies, i did deliberately pick on the things i didnt like and outlined them as such because thats what helped me the most when i was just starting out on youtube. I got yelled at for having a bad mic, no emotion in my voice and sub par production. Now i think im a lot better because of said critisism. I wouldnt have spent nearly as much time picking apart your video if i wanted to just shit on you for the hell of it. People like beerfish dont seem to understand that, nor the concept of criticism, but im glad you do.

I'm a noob in ME MP and this helped on a few point, even if I knew about it, it's good to know I'm on the right path.

Only one question that wasn't covered here, where do I get high level weapons? Does it come from the high price packs? Cause I got a few of those and got 0 weapons in them. This is the single biggest set back I have as my weapons suck. I'm building up characters, using consumables of which I have plenty but my weapons are absolute dirt.

I already use that too.  Fellow 'Tuber for Tanks told me about it after I'd made about a half dozen vids a few years ago.

You will start getting weapons. RNG is just a pain in the a$$ like that. Just keep grinding. The charger is common and at X it's a decent gun.
