I feel this game needs a lot of balance changes and thought that highlighting them in a video would make them more likely to be fixed:
The video talks about power cooldowns and how I think they are way too high and I compare them to cooldowns in ME3. I also show a bug with tactical cloak where if you take the rank 6B evolution to give both your power and gun or melee the damage bonus for 2 seconds, you will get the full cooldown as if you cloaked for the whole duration everytime.
As an additional note one reason why our guns may seem overly underpowered in this game is that headshots seem bugged offhost:
Look a bit farther. We have bonus to cooldowns. Right now it capped at 10%, but most likely this cap would be expanded with several DLCs. At the end of the game life cycle those cooldowns probably would be the same as in ME3MP.

Thanks, I actually thought the power was shit now. I will use the other evolution from now on.
Mass Effect Trilogy, Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2, Dragon Age Inquisition, KOTOR, Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, Mass Effect Andromeda, Anthem, Mass Effect Legendary Edition
Good video and yes I have noticed that any caster class I play I am mostly a run and gun class that occasionally gets to use their powers. Unless I am lucky and get some static enemies just sitting in cover.

I guess the reason is that we now have individual CDs. However, you use those powers, maybe set of a combo and then are stuck a long time only shooting your gun in an environment that is meant to encourage mobile gameplay. Imo the longer CDs actually promote the opposite. They also make it harder to team combo since you might just sit on that CD when you see a juicy target get primed.
No, I'm not really a fan of the longer CDs right now. Especially since my guns do jack shit in damage and melee isn't viable at all times.

Headshots are absolutely bugged off host. Also I think there is some auto-aim enabled even though I turned it off in options. Funny how nobody in QA noticed, really makes you think. :poop:

Also apparently mouse acceleration can't be disabled, even though smoothing can.

You have no idea what you're talking about. The game was tested so extensively that they didn't even need a beta test. Maybe you should work on your aim.

What the fuck did you just fucking say about me, you little bitch? I’ll have you know I graduated top of my class in S.P.E.C.T.R.E.

I've been involved in numerous secret raids on Cerberus, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in STG warfare and I'm the top sniper in the entire Citadel Defense Fleet.

That is only on select classes and you shouldn't be required to get that much xp just to make powers have decent cooldowns.
Not only are the cooldowns way long, but the combos are about as damaging as throwing stinky butter and laughing to hurt their feelings.
To be fair, stinky butter probably does way more damage than these pathetic combos in andromeda.
Where can we get this stinky butter? Only way combos do much for me is on specific Apex missions, and then they are only kinda okay with all the combo evolutions on bronze, otherwise I need the stinky butter and hopefully it actually recharges fast enough to detonate short span time of primers.

Haha, it was utterly pathetic how even with a hundred percent added damage, the biotic combos were STILL totally pathetic in that apex mission we just got! Just entirely useless. That shows they're not even half as good as what they need to be! That's really saying something.
I'm off to buy some butter and then leave it outside to rot. Great idea with the stinky butter. We need it as a dlc! Ultra rare item. The stinky butter will detonate the rotten milk.
Power cooldowns are a big problem, in SP and MP. In ME3 Single player, we could use squadmate's powers as well. So having a long power cooldown did not hurt. But in MEA, you only have your own powers and most of the powers take a while to reload making them extremely unreliable. These days I rarely use the powers. The game (both MP and SP) is too dependent on fire power.
