Are the veilfire hinterland unlit torches puzzles

I know the cave your talking about, the one in the far northwest right? I was thrown by this myself, since solas or vivienne will make a point of mentioning them, giving the impression they are important. I think there may be a rune in that cave (it's been awhile so my memory is fuzzy) and the mosaics tiles. I think it's expected that thse veil fire torches are the first you'll encounter (though I suspect you'll find some before you get there) and as such, one of the mages with you makes a comment about them for that reason, even if you have found the veil fire torches elsewhere previously. There aren't any puzzle associated with them to the best of my recollection.
