I'm only mid-game, but I am really liking the surreal experience of H-047c, with the low-gravity and great soundtrack. Meeting the Angarans on their homeworld was also a nice experience; they have been very kind and welcoming.

Yes, I also loved H-047c! Perfect music, perfect atmosphere. Wish there was more of that. I don't know whether it's a bug or not that there's no music playing anywhere else, but it's really sad it's almost non-existent. My other favourite thing is Kadara. I climbed up a few mountains and the view was breathtaking!

Voeld was fun to look at till it bugged out with an infinite load screen that makes four autosaves and forces you to go back an hour.
Seriously don't die looking for scientists there.
Kadara is interesting once you leave the port area and head out into the badlands.
And thats the only real praise I can throw at the actual planets as a whole this time.

Voeld is pretty once you do the vault. Love dem northern lights.
Havarl is my personal favourite though. Besides being pretty as hell, it feels like the perfect size. Big enough to get across on foot with a good amount of stuff packed into it.

I loved Havarl for the background jungle-like sounds. H-047c - was that the ones with the mining? That one cracked me up because of my crew reactions to my bad driving Overall.. Voeld. I love snow, what can I say lol. Spent ages trying to see if I could catch a view of the space whales.

Hmm, tough choice, Havarl is very nice and a big change from Eos and Voeld but I cant say I actually have a favorite, once Eos opens up its actually very pretty too.

Hard choice, I am enjoying almost all of them so far..
Havarl is possibly my least favourite (too much purple and jumping), H-047c is funtastic but not big on story so far, I love love love the dune buggy feel of driving Elaaden which Voeld kinda shares, but my fav is probably Kadara, it has both excellent story and lanscapes.

H047 is also my favourite, with the different gravity it felt like i was actually on a different world rather than having same gravity and oxygen on all the boring planets. Statement: Also i like the name

I liked Havarl a lot, it's so purty. A bit too packed with enemies, but purty still.
Voeld is also nice, I like northern settings, the place looks awesome one you clear the skies, and the Resistance base reminds me of the Hoth base in Star Wars.
Haven't been to Eladeen and H047 yet however.

Elaaden / notArrakis was a better desert planet than Eos. Hvarfl (sp?) had kind of a dull design imo, felt like tighter quarters than any other map. The content there made up for it though. Ice planet wasnt too memorable for me. I think I just wanted to get done with it because everything looked the same and I was tired of the hazard condition. Kadara had lots of little sidequests and characters to find. Wish the slums had a little more going on/extended out a bit so you could explore some of the areas the Angara had abandoned.

I have only been to Eos (70% via, revisiting soon), Aya (briefly), Havarl (100% via).
-Aya is of course my favorite aesthetically, but since there isn't much to it (yet?), I don't have much to say. -Veold is the one I can most easily say it is my favorite since its the one I've done the most in. Its cool how there's various paths in these planets (colony, ruins, cave, base being the main ones) that tell a whole story, like DAI should have had more of. Still would have liked a few more cool main cutscenes sometimes though. However, I'm sure this won't end up being my favorite planet by the end, due to not loving snow planets in games (this has been one of the better times), and not caring too much for the Resistance and angarans yet (devs: Aya was too rushed! I didn't know wtf I was doing with these weirdo aliens!) -Eos is my favorite in theme and by the end may at least be more liked than Havarl. I like the struggling colonist idea especially - something that could have been rather boring but I bought into it. If it wasn't for that idea though, it'd be boring as hell.
Check back to me in a few days or weeks since I know there's plenty to go.

I didn't even think about that, but you're right. That wonder and awe I felt while driving on H-047c does remind me of ME1 in some ways. There's just something awe inspiring about it, almost spiritual. I only wish there was more of a story on it, as I would like to spend more time with it.

Kadara, i like the landscapes, vegetation, and the cyberpunky -star wars vibe ambience Same! Kadara Port has great ambiance- it feels appropriately sketchy, and the rest of the planet is just gorgeous. I took the furthest stretch, from the mission marker for the planet boss to the signal you get past that, on foot and it was totally worth it for the views.

I actually liked Havarl best... the jungle setting was done nicely, and it was a nice break from the two desert and the one ice desert planet we got.

Kadara, hands down. Such a fun place to visit and have a bar fight side by side with Drack.

I haven't gotten to H-047c yet, but it is good to know that sometime soon, I will get to actually hear soundtrack.
Sorry. That sounded bitter, but my only complaint I have of this game so far (58 hrs in) is the shocking lack of ambient music or any really memorable score.
Oh, yeah, and Voeld, so far.

One of the reasons I love this game: I've only been to maybe 3/5 of the planets you're talking about. But so far? Kadara but Veold (Hoth) was pretty cool too.

H-047C. That one was the closest to original Mass Effect 1 feels (aka efforts at scientific realism). The way they adjusted gravity, and made it so the radiation would KILL BAR NONE, and the domes, the amazing stark shadows.... really awesome.
H-047C was actually amazing, to be honest.
