First they owed everything to the hanar. Now to the quarians. Plus a Drell pathfinder lady could be neat

They're a species in the verge of extinction. A drell ark would make no sense. A drell Pathfinder, working on behalf of both Drell and Hanar, would be cool.

There are enough hanar and drell (and the former has lots of technology to make the ark feasible). I'm not certain about hanar age, but if they lived long enough, they could do the krogan thing and work on Kepral's Syndrome during the dark space trip.

Are there even 20000 Drell? All that's left of them are on the Hanar homeworld, right? Or do they still have some left on their planet?
There is also no rule that says that there won't be a Drell pathfinder aboard the Quarian Ark. The Drell and Hanar should be in charge of their own future in Andromeda, and for that they need a pathfinder.

Or do they still have some left on their planet? 375 thousands were evacuated on Kahje, two centuries before original trilogy. Billions were left to die on their homeworld, but some were still trying to survive there at in 2185. Wouldn't hold my breath. There is only one Pathfinder per Ark and it's probably decided by fan popularity.

We're assuming the Quarian and co. Ark is the same size as the previous arks. Wouldn't more species on the same ark maybe imply a bigger ark?
How many people do you need for a viable breeding population anyway

They don't even have their own planet.

Are the drell coming because they want to or because they kind of have to?

First they owed the hanar now it's the hanar and the quarians for allowing them on board. The drell cant really decide their future or pay their debt to the hanar and be free because now they owe species and if a drellfojnd a Drell and hanar homeworkd (two different worlds) then their debt would be repaid. Instead a human or quarian will find it. It's the quarian ark since they contributed the technology so a quarian pathfinder.

Drell needed an arid, dry climate to survive, so it seems like Eos and Elaaden would actually be perfect for them. Maybe they'll actually bounce back in Andromeda. Seems like there's actually more habitable space for them than in the Milky Way.

A drell would be the more logical choice for the kind of tasks a Pathfinder needs to undertake.

Would love to see the drell appear and find the perfect world for their species. Honestly, it's probably Eos, but I'm sure other desert worlds are out there.

Instead a human or quarian will find it. It's the quarian ark since they contributed the technology so a quarian pathfinder. I think they've paid their collective debt. If they want to survive as a species, they must not "move-in" with the hanar on New Kahje. They need a new world, apart from the hanar. They could use the, "We underwent genetic engineering during 630+ years of cryo, so we can tolerate high humidity, now". That would be weak, though; and it would leave them in service to the hanar, as you said. The drell need a fresh start as badly as the krogan. Drell needed an arid, dry climate to survive, so it seems like Eos and Elaaden would actually be perfect for them. Maybe they'll actually bounce back in Andromeda. Seems like there's actually more habitable space for them than in the Milky Way. Yeah, I thought of them almost immediately when adventuring on Elaaden! They're a species in the verge of extinction. A drell ark would make no sense. A drell Pathfinder, working on behalf of both Drell and Hanar, would be cool. l could see there being a drell Pathfinder since a quarian Pathfinder would be more at risk when it came to exploring and well, pathfinding. A drell would be the more logical choice for the kind of tasks a Pathfinder needs to undertake. It would be cool, but I doubt they'd do it. Quarian fans crave fan service; and they'd complain if even one potential quarian was replaced by a non-quarian. It would probably be especially fierce if they didn't get their quarian Pathfinder. I do like the idea, though.

I would like to see a Drell pathfinder leading the hanar.
How much do you want to bet Quarian immune system was strengthened the same was Krogan Genophage was cured, and now they can take off the suits for small amounts of times and if we romance a quarian we see her faces.
as a species the Drell debt is repaid in ME3. Andromeda don't know.

Andromeda don't know. Well as far as boosting immune systems it would make slightly more sense since theoretically you could slowly introduce various germs over 600 years to bolster their immune systems. There are just a few problems like will their children inherit that? (most likely not for long), It's not possible the way cyro stasis is currently described in game (all body functions are frozen) and there's no guarantee it will work as it's a new galaxy (that applies to everyone not just quarians though). But hey, it makes slightly more sense than the korgan explanation because that's how gene's and mutations work
