Every other quest has us going to Kadara. Also it looks like the exiles are doing ok for themselves. I think the wrong group won the uprising.

What I hated most about Kadara (besides having to constantly shift betweeen the port and slums) was the god damned hills! They are EVERYWHERE and I have to keep switching modes in the Nomad to get around!

To be honest it seems awfully convenient they found a planet that's both habitable and within shuttle distance. Then built a reasonably large settlement. I mean did they exile them all with FTL drives, armour, weapons, ships and half the stations equipment? Did they drop them off but fail to notice Kadara's not actually that bad? So many questions...
Might have been more realistic if a large portion of the Nexus didn't revolt so much as pack up and leave (Screw this, we can do better solo). Maybe that's what actually happened but the way it's presented is the krogan put them down and the defeated were booted off station to rot.

It also really sucks that the Kadara peeps made the REAL first contact, making Ryder nothing more than a chump. I was so looking forward to playing the first human to meet a Heleus alien, but you're not. You're like the zillionth Milky Way person to talk to them. I'm not sure why they treat you like a revelation. *sigh*

Kadara port is fantastic,if you are on top,if not you have to suffer poisonous water, robbery, cannibalism, lack of medical care, drug addiction, murder and possibly rape....sounds dreamy i should book now to avoid dissapointment.

I liked Kadara as an idea, but that you have to both travel through the city and then take that elevator before getting outside really annoyed me after the second or third visit.

This is what I've been fuckin' saying.
They showed this at TGA as if it was one of the moments of the game. Then it shoves Reyes self-indulgently down your throat "look at how smarmy he is. Please notice him senpai" and they keep taking you back to the darn place but it's actually the weakest part of the game that wasn't even developed by BW Montreal. It was entirely made by BioWare Austin and it shows becuase it's the buggiest, most poorly coded planet in terms of collisions and enemy behaviors and the writing is just... uuuugh.
I got DA The Descent vibes from it quick. It has the same flat tone to its central characters and reads like a really amateur fanfiction.

While I also think it is highly unlikely that they would have found anything, given how little they know when they leave the Nexus. They are actually supplied. Those that survived are offered a choice. Supplies shuttles and exile. Or being put back into cryo until a proper time can be found for them to be released. Tann is sure they will choose to go back into cryo. Since no one who has left has survived. So leaving is a death sentence and who would do that? So while they are offered enough to get buy for a short period, no one thinks they will take it.

Though it doesn't explain how they have the resources to build and sustain a small town but I suppose that feeds into the overall problem with how easy they seem to have it and why no-one scouted that far in the first place to avoid a mutiny.

If you ask them about it, Kadarans say that the Exiles liberated the angaran port from the kett Most of the original Nexus security forces were part of the uprising. I always had the impression that many of them were able to leave on their own accord more or less intact. The Kadaran landscape is colorful and the Exiles are doing very well for themselves. But the writing & characterization overall for much of the bits and pieces for Kadara is cringey A side note, what I really want are those krogan guard customization options for multiplayer

Yeah. Kadara was my least favourite planet but it appeared to have the most content.
