I didn't see this anywhere and didn't want it buried in the patch thread because I found it interesting.
It appears a third party, Sinclair Networks based in Vienna, Austria, is doing the work on the patches for ME:A. Apparently, they've done work on AAA games in the past, so they are somewhat of a know entity. You can look then up on Facebook but I couldn't find them on Twitter. According to their March 20th post, they were already working on patches for the game and comments within that thread indicated they wanted the game postponed until June 20th to complete all their work but it was not approved.
