So, I just played Peebee's LM yesterday (that little brat is almost as bad as Liam btw) and I was really impressed with the volcanic environment. It looked beautiful!
Now, I was thinking: I was a bit disappointed that 2 of the 5 big planets were desert planets (Eos and Elaaden look very similar, IMO). Wouldn't it have been great if Elaaden was actually a volcanic world? You wouldn't even have had to change anything about the story. Water could still have been an issue, as well as heat. Instead of sinkholes, yyou could have had lava pools that really mess you up if you drive into them by mistake.
And I bet the krogan would have loved to build New Tuchanka on the edge of a caldera that could go boom any moment, hehehe!
Seriously though, I would have loved to see more of this type of environment and Elaaden would have been the perfect place to put it.
