Finished Space Pilgrim Ep 1. Will probably get the rest of them at some point. Only thing I didn't like was the small screen (no full screen available). It's basically a point-and-click adventure game, but when the game window is 3"x3" square, some of the click spots are impossible to see!

I was spewing, because I got a bug that made my favourite dagger not show up. It showed up in the screen where you equip it, but it wasn't on my hip, and I only used my fists in game. I tried un-equipping and re-equipping, I tried saving and reloading, I even tried having a blacksmith enchant it, but no go. so I sold it. Later it happened again and I realised that pushing the T key makes it disappear, and I got rid of my only Legendary dagger for nothing. I got a quite emotional moment when I sent Skoura to be with his daughter. Been going through a few staff to get the right lieutenants. But I'm pretty happy with my current crew. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/RebJidSPcxyF0U0Rr0uW.png) I just got to the part where your have to uncover the cultists, because I've been avoiding the main quests for a while, I already had the dirt on a few of them. Are these the stats of only my current game, or do they include my first go where I went to level 15 before starting again? i.imgur.com/nlRM8pe.jpg

Have you met Blackbeard yet? He's my favourite NPC? ![](https://i.imgur.com/dC5NByE.jpg) What a friendly-looking face, just look at that welcoming smile! ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/hvmIjhwmXXhEpLGvVjWX.png) Have you played AC BF Rascoth ? He is a truly wonderful character, I really liked him and especially his friendship with Edward in the game. Those are gunpowder wicks he lights in his hair to scare the enemy and he makes his crew crink gunpowder in their rum to toughen them up!!!!!

So in Atlas ... * gradually came to realise the company are capturing wolves and turning them into pets. I was rather concerned at first because I kept hearing growls, barks and occasional messages of so and so died to wolf level # when I was sorting out the items in the storage boxes. I'm not surprised they'vve not sorted out or the chests / cupboards labelled properly. Most players don't bother to do things properly so a lot of time is wasted opening / closing every chest to find out what the contents are. Then new members come in and put in stuff improperly, it's like they never read the sign boards. ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/ZAddSJoGFVGOhkAZMQPp.gif) Anyway, I came to appreciate the pet wolves because once I was attacked while sorting the food chest outside and died once to wild wolves that spawned on me out of the blue within the base. The pet wolves immediately went for the wild ones, killing them and munching them up. Thanks wolfies, you saved my skin. * tried to build a walkway across the cove because it's a hassle to get back to base with it sitting in the middle. I forgot the one thing I learned in survival building; ceilings are better for outdoor construction. I forgot and tried to use flooring. Some of the company realised what I was doing and took up the task. They forgot to tie off properly at one end though so I did the finishing touches. * whoever built the main base did the room too small and too low so all of us had a time moving around one another in there. I don't have the skill for stone building but I can't wait to extend the habitat. It's claustrophobic in there. * a new member came in and wanted his goatee trimmed; avatar hair in the game grow and keeps growing. I was surprised. It can be done? I gathered around with the others as one player brandished the scissors. Really? I watched keenly. Sure enough, the goatee was taken off. He complained, humourously, he wanted a trim not a shave! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/elVHKRxPverbDpfdrrFs.png)

Sorry I know that's not much help.

I haven't found the "all female Assassin crew" yet, but I think I'll pass on the Odysseus navel theme. ![:o](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/aCYreiXWLepPDsSBAqBw.png) Two things I really love about this game, the looting, kill 5 enemies in a group and loot 1 to get all the stuff, and that you can just see where you want to go, and go there, no looking for the one way up the mountain, or the gap between the buildings.

dazk Yeah you even meet him in sequence 3 before he grows out his beard Then saw that scene this morning when I was playing. He's quite the hoot. But I was glad he adopted my merchant buddy since I was worried he might have died. Granted he might do so yet, since he's been let loose, but the longer he lives the better. ---- So more Assassin's Creed 4. Two sessions today. First one was just sailing about, nabbing some chests. Bagged the great white whale as well, having tried to go after him two times before. Alas, this one swims no more. Then got really annoyed that I just get one skin and one bone. Granted it's the same with other beasties. But truly, who is so bloody incompetent at skinning that they only get one resource? Connor is crying in the corner you know! And you might say, maybe it was one big bone? But if I can only make one dart out of a whole whale bone, then something is wrong! Especially since I can get the same number of darts from an iguana. So like. Step up your game man.
Had been kinda interested in the Diving Bell points and now that they are open I realize that I do not like the Diving Bell. Or well, I like the diving bell, I like the treasure and I like the swimming. I don't like the sharks, the urchins, the eel and that goshdarn tentacle monster (even if he never got me, I've seen enough films to know where that was going). On they bright side, I've stopped feeling remorseful about hunting the sharks.
Hung out with Blackbeard and got ourselves some medicine. I find the sleep dart to be really creepy with the animals, since you don't really do anything to put them out and I suspect they wake up after it wears off. So like, am I skinning them alive? Eugh. And that ended the session.
In the second session there was MOAR IMOEN! And John? Up yours! [sounds of screaming as main bloke/tte leaps off the balcony]. But like seriously. Don't threaten me punk. Appeal to my inner snooper instead! And protag. Don't you DARE mock the baristas flair. He is fabulous and you should be in awe! So yeah, broke a bunch of privacy laws with my snooping. Also learned that Kloé has been sent off. Which made me sad since we never had that coffee! Granted outside of like 5 people, nobody seems to recognize my existence, but still. Coffee and gossip. Aw heck yeah. Or was it beer? The double heck yeah! Ended up checking it out and it was lunch. Which can have both beverages + food. Triple heck yeah! But also learned that the guy who did invite me to coffee was also sent off. And just noooo, stop sending away the people who offer me food :C.
Then back in the Animus and tailed a man with a nasty scar and stole some gunpowder. In the latter I was as stealthy as a chameleon, on it's sixth cup of coffee and mind filled with conspiracy ideas. Aka I kept getting spotted, being chased around, hiding in the bushes, losing them, heading back, getting spotted and the circle began anew. Good times, but decided to call it quits for the evening after the quest ended.

One thing I grow weary of in rpgs/open world games. You can't ever just *go* somewhere. You know where you need to go, but in order to get there you have to slog your way through a multi-level maze filled with enemies, traps, detours, dead ends, etc, etc. And then, when you finally get where you're going, you're tired, injured, out of potions/ammo/spells/whatever and get destroyed by the guys you were after to begin with. ![:pissedoff:](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/HMwXnWHVCAMXSLRpZYXu.png) What brings this up? I'm chasing that bastard Sarevok and in order to get to him, first I had to escape through the Candlekeep dungeon and now I'm making my way through the Thieves Guild maze in order to get to the under-undercity and the final showdown. And, of course, by the time I get there, I'll be tired, injured, out of potions/ammo/spells/whatever......

Poor Kass she must be super fit I have made her climb so many damn mountains. The rest of The Odysseus stuff is good, the sail and ship colours and the figure head, just a weird ass crew.

Finished BGEE - finally! Took me several tries vs the goons outside Bhaal's temple (stupid mages) and several more tries vs Sarevok and his (stupid mage) cohorts. But, big brother is no more....eh, sort of.
I don't know if Beamdog messed with level progression or what, but I only made it up to level 7, which seems really low. I didn't go to either of the TotSC areas and it seems like I missed a bunch of stuff in the city but even so, not even reaching level 10 feels ridiculous.
Moving on to BG2 now but I'm going to create a new character since I want to be an Undead Hunter. I plan on romancing Anomen (if I can stand him long enough) and then dumping his ass to become a goddess. It's been a while since I picked that ending option.

![](https://thumbs.gfycat.com/LavishScaryHart-small.gif) Have you ever had that moment in games with AH where - after listing something - you realise you forgot to add one more 0? And then rush to your sales tab to cancel it just to be a moment too late, because someone sniped it already? I had a moment like this today. But... instead of one 0 I forgot 3 ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/0TaBsBDV0NXvgaulSIAb.png) I just hope it was someone poorer that sniped it, just so they can get more benefit from it than rich Maple people.

Started my BG2 game with Ravelle the Undead Hunter (at level 7, same as where I ended BG1). I tried to pick dialogue options to RP someone who didn't know Imoen or Jaheira, but the auto-journal defeated that right off the hop, starting out with, "My old friend...." Grr! At least I was able to say I didn't remember them at all. Imoen will be gone, though, and I can dump Jaheira once out of the opening dungeon. Will probably keep Minsc and Boo.
I think I'll try the new monk, Rasaad, for longer this time around, plus Yoshimo for thievery since I can't stand Nalia...Natalie? whatever her name is, or the new rogue, Neera either. Also Aerie for mage. Is Edwin the only other mage NPC, or am I forgetting someone? And of course, Anomen.
Uh oh....this means I won't have room for either Haer'dalis or Valygar. I might have to swap out the new guy in order to do their quest-lines.
Side note: I fired up DOS2 just to make sure it would actually run, and it does!

Jan Jansen is a thief/illusionist, so there is him. Haer'dalis does know some magic from being a bard. so maybe if you squint he could double as the party mage. And Nalia was her name. Neera is a wild mage and not a rogue, which actually would have been better. No accidental deaths from cows. There is also another rogue in the Copper Coronet, but she would probably be a bad fit to your class. Hehe.

I think the Assassin crews are a reward from the club if you have played a previous AC Game.Yeah the freedom of movement has always been a blessing in AC games. Poor Kass she must be super fit I have made her climb so many damn mountains. The rest of The Odysseus stuff is good, the sail and ship colours and the figure head, just a weird ass crew. I got both the men and women assassins from the club for free and I had never played another AC game before AC Odyssey. Can't remember at what point they became available to me but I don't think I used any points to get them. My bad, maybe its a reward for buying the game.

ATLAS Well, it's going to be a busy weekend * logged in last night and found our sole member who has the stone building has vastly expanded and improved the base. He has also picked up on my signboards and now there're proper signboards for storage. * some few hours later, there was a disturbance. Our main admin said we're under attack. The next thing I knew was the hue and cry that someone among us was a mole because all the metals that were gathered were gone. A supposedly ally of ours sailed off with the ill gotten gains. * very early Sunday morning, one last new member was recruited before our main admin logged off. I saw the name; Mistress Fox. I saw her appear in the base but paid her no mind because I was busy restocking on metals. By the by, two lions pounced on me and I was killed. I tried to respawn back to the bed right next to the base but it was strangely unavailable so I randomly chose a name which turned out to be one of our schooners. When I got on the upper deck, I saw mistress fox sailing the schooner nearest the gate out of the base. I was bewildered. She was alone. Where was she going? I started asking around in chat. There was only one other crew present, Bob. He had no clue the schooner was sailed out or what's happening. Another crew Ace, asked what's going on over company chat. I appraised him of the situation and my suspicion. He tried to raise fox but she never replied. Both Ace and I were on Discord so we discussed over that instead of using in game chat. He said to get on the Lost Hope quick, that's the name of the stolen schooner. He would meet me in two seconds. I killed myself and tried to spawn on LH but found fox had renamed the bed. I told him I couldn't spawn there. He didn't tell me what he was going to do but after a few minutes, he said he spawned on the ship. I think there was a hitch when I tried to do the same but she renamed the bed at the same time so the game did not register the change, the spawn bed name never appear in my list. I guess Ace quickly relog when I told him the problem. Anyway, he said he tried to take her out but found he could do no dmg with fists (same company/group) while she was armed with a knife. He deleted the helm, deconstructed it and she deconstructed part of the ship. I think she realised she had no resources nor any ability to construct another helm so she opted to destroy the ship. She was only level 2 which meant she had the minimum basic skills. No shipbuilding or repairing. When he returned, all three of us, yep, the only active members at that time, guarded the base and the ships until more crew logged in. There was discussion going about; the admins definitely have to lock down the important items, etc. More work is needed and the idea of a canal to protect ships was mooted. Ace and I had some fun while we were 'glued' to the base. In jest, I made an announcement in in-game chat / company channel that the base was now on condition one. All hands to battle station. Ace played up and we bantered back and forth, just to let that weasel know she wasn't getting in by any means. If she dare to respawn in the base, we'll be on her. Presently a player name DrPhillips logged in and he was bemused when we included him in the run up on crew fitness. ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/hvmIjhwmXXhEpLGvVjWX.png) He didn't believe the player would do such a thing; that in itself said alot of the decency of this person. He tried to raise her in company chat, asking her to explain but of course, there was no answer. She finally removed herself from company list and the alert was stand down. ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/LGLtCPvIKeQPFXyYM0Ed.png) On the serious side though, it was found she had destroyed respawn beds and likely deconstructed some of the walls of the base so there's going to be thorough examination / repair everywhere. I doubted there's a mistress fox player any more. She / he can easily delete their char and make a new one.

So more Assassin's Creed 4 today. Approached the 75% mark in the main story, so it's nice.
Most of the session was spent lollygagging. Went hunting for metal and money so had to do some piracy. Also did 3 diving bells. Devil's Eye Cavern was fine, the other two had sharks . Did also find a white shark hunting spot and killed him twice for the sin of his brethren.
Learned that the island name is Great Inagua and not the Great Iguana. Granted I'm still calling her that, but that was a fun discovery. Also, all your fortresses are belong to us! Aka captured the last three fortresses, so now I can sail mostly non-harassed.
But also did plenty of main questing. Celebrated Blackbeards retirement and wished him well on his new path, took a lovely vacation with a friend on a little island, saved an upcoming pirate and got him a ship, explored an ancient ruin and got offered a trip to Jamaica. Nice. Also got a new pad outside the animus, with all the comforts provided. Decided to stop the session here. Mostly because if I don't it will be 3am and I'll die of sleep deprivation tomorrow. But also to bugger John, because you are not the boss of me and I'll rather meet this worlds Irenicus than to please you D:<
So yeah, grand times.

Escaped Irenicus' dungeon and boy was he not happy about that. I don't understand why people think he's such a great villain - he's just another "I'm more powerful than you and will take what I want even though I don't deserve it" asshole. Couldn't decide what to do after resting and selling off worthless junk, so left it alone for now.
Discovered the "Darkening of Tristram" event in Diablo 3 so played through that. Will of course need to do it again to get more unique monsters to spawn for the kill them all achievement. Ran it with a Necromancer and so far I love having skeletal minions pretty much killing everything for me.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey. ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/nGUZjdoXNgTyXWqOYHAF.png) Well in the last couple of days i've cleared out all the ruins forts fortresses and ports at least one time. ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/IyqZCuUFwEIApUjueMFS.png) There are no more question marks in my Greece i visited and jumped of all the viewpoints. And i also cleared out all the animal dens quarry camps and caves. ![:bandit:](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/uDQMTMcPRDusqjBXYo0N.png) I've killed 348 mercenaries so far they all are my nemesis in this game. There are also vultures in this game ... and uh if they stick with me they will never ever get hungry again. ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/iAAocWiXpMcWriqYLqLB.png) If they would eat everything i kill they would most definitely not been able to fly anymore i would have to roll them from place to place. ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/iAAocWiXpMcWriqYLqLB.png) Some of the attacks that Kassandra perform that can be an assassination attack or a warrior attack are so funny to watch. That no matter how often i see them they will always put a smile on my face. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/owHrEkYBxiMjyZZrMwOT.png) One last thing i visited Greece at least ten times in real life and i have bin to many places that are also in the game. But i would have love to see this what i see in the game for real. So if they ever find an old DeLorean somewhere and they would build a time travel machine ( so that means with a flux capacitor and traveling at exactly 88 mph ( 140.8 kph) and it also requires a 1.21 gigawatts ( 1.210.000.000 ) supplied by a plutonium powered nuclear reactor ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/KsWEGtwHLHUtTuiWt0OV.png) ) out of it. I would definitely go to the old Greece and see Greece for myself in all it's glory.

ATLAS It was exhausting. ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/hvmIjhwmXXhEpLGvVjWX.png) * The first thing I saw on Discord was; the company that attacked is attacking now. I thought; well s***, I'm taking my time with what I had to do before logging in. ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/hvmIjhwmXXhEpLGvVjWX.png) I had enough excitement yesterday. * Logged in and the attack was apparently over because everything was peaceful. The results were seen in the base shipyards. I usually hunt for fish and manta rays there because it's a nice cove, I don't have to swim out to sea. The bare bones hulks of a few ships were underwater. Clearly, the enemy company sunk a few ships. * I was going about resource gathering, passing a schooner at the shipyard outside with crew members scurrying about. Then the captain ran by saying; whoever wants to come, get aboard now. I went because I was curious what was going to happen. You don't take out a schooner and talk about cannon balls if there's no action intended. Sure enough, we went to the enemy base and started firing at their outer walls. We got a gate down and those who were on land attacked. We kept firing but it takes a lot of cannon balls to demolish gates so we ran out. We had to return to home base to make some more cannon balls. While we were at home base, the leader of the enemy faction snucked up and tried to damage the schooner. One of the crew spotted him in the water and I joined in the chase. The enemy kept taunting us. I took the last stab and killed him. We went back and this time, we had allies sailing in to help us. One of them said we shouldn't ask for help if we weren't going to merge. I thought that was pretty weird. What are allies for? ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/OYtcXMwLDhAGZfWyZhCe.png) We took down the outer walls and again, not enough cannon balls. * We returned. The captain said gather this and that, restock etc so I went to do it. In one to and fro trips I saw the message the captain had killed one of the crew. While I was gathering, I heard the captain telling the crew member he killed him was due to the rules on the base; close the door / gates behind you whenever you pass through them. The crew member didn't do it. I guessed he hadn't been scrupulous a few times so the captain decided to emphasize it to him. What with all the break ins and thieving, everyone had about enough but I guess the crew member didn't much care or didn't pay attention. The crew member respawned and wasn't happy so he chased after the captain who wasn't trying to fight him. The crew member was killed again when he persisted instead of letting the matter go. So I was crouching on the ground gathering resource when these pair went on their merry-round, running past me. Again. I wanted to ask them; hey guys, are you five? ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/hvmIjhwmXXhEpLGvVjWX.png) I decided to keep quiet. The captain decided to let crew member kill him and this apparently settled the matter. The crew member was too pissed off to sail with us though. We went back to find the ally had to leave because their supply ship was taking too long. They were thanked for their aid and then, our company leader decided to drop the attack. We were to return to base and fortify it because the enemy will retaliate. We didn't start the fight. The enemy company did. When our allies arrived, one of them revealed the enemy company has been using the name of one of their allies. That was why they were confused and hesitant when we asked for additional aid. While we were talking, the enemy leader taunted on global chat, this time, he changed his company name to something else again. Clearly, this is a bunch of griefers out to make trouble. And they're not the only group. I've heard the like of such groups in survival PvP games. Their intention is to take over the servers and run everyone off. Though I don't know what then they would do if say they did take over the servers. Eat one another? ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/hvmIjhwmXXhEpLGvVjWX.png) If so, they're welcome to it. In any case, I don't know if the company leader would consider a merge because that is a wise course of action to take, imo. Additionally, we have to find another new base since the present one is compromised. I did voice the opinion he should stop recruitment because he has no idea who's he taking in. He's got one bad apple out of the numbers we are at the moment. and that's one apple too many.

Well update.
I was right to suspect the enemy would make trouble. I logged in to check just now. The first sign was the red damage numbers coming up from the gates leading to the sea. The next thing I knew was an unknown player destroying respawn beds that were outside. We exchanged blows and I managed to land critical dmg on him. He didn't like that and skipped away nimbly. He's over level 40 and my avatar is 24. He would have boosted his combat stats so I knew it wasn't wise to go one and one with him. His hp was low, I suspect, due to the dmg he took coming in.
I ran into the base and shut the doors behind me. Unless he has 100 cannon balls on him and can shoot with his hands, there's no way he could get into the base. Of course, he could take his time to bombard the entire base with his ships since there're only two other players online with me. A was with me on the island so I warned him if he returned to base. B was at freeport so I told him to stay there than to sail to the island. A was attacked but also made it into the base.
It's getting real late for me so I told him if he's attacked again, not to return to base because he couldn't gauranteed the bad nook wouldn't run fast enough to slip in. He said he'll take the fight out to the water. I advised him to respawn at freeport if so. I didn't see any respawn beds in the base and that's likely an oversight. Or maybe I didn't see it. Nevertheless, he has better chances at the freeport.
Atlas is PvP but most of the groups I've seen on Burke's stream play by the rules. In one case, someone attacked Burke's base. Openly. Not the sneaking around, sabotaging, pretending to be friends and sending in moles that my group is getting from the enemy we're presently facing. They attacked him openly so he went after them. There was a fight and a chase. Then it rained and with rain, came the tornadoes. It came to a point when the attackers knew they couldn't win so they deliberately turned into the tornadoes. Before they did, they shouted to Burke; GG!
That meant they attacked in the spirit of the game. PvP. Openly, honourably and having fun while doing so. GG. So Burke did nothing more and returned to his own base.
At present, the sentiment among the decent players is to band up. Form into bigger groups that the griefers would have a harder time to chew at.
