I hated shotguns in this game. Then the High Lord, Claymore, helped me see the light. I was lost, but now I am saved. Praise be the Highest of Lords, that in its infinite wisdom, saves even the scrubbiest from PUGdom.

I'm very much a 'no gods, no masters' kinda guy, but I am truly a servant of the High Lord. As for (the real) Fortack, I had a real chuckle on my last ME2 playthrough when I ran into him on Tuchanka, as I think I'd forgotten he was in there - I wondered how many people never actually go into that room as it's not particularly obvious.

Yeah, I like it but I ain't worshipping a damn thing. The Claymore neither demands nor requires your worship. Its existence merely commands respect. ...as for those who prefer other weapons, as misguided as they are, there is no requirement for the Claymore to be your favorite. You simply must understand that the Claymore's favorite thing to do is provide extreme trauma to your enemies.

I've been playing JRPGs for many years, the idea of NOT searching every room, talking to named NPCs, and just generally seeking out extras never occurs to me. I'm sure there are people who skim through games, but I just... can't... my brain isn't wired that way. Besides, miss the opportunity for the dialogue offered by him? Blasphemy. That's like... not headbutting Gatatog Uvenk and impressing the shaman with your Krogan-ness (that is totally a word, anything involving the word "Krogan" is a word, because if it isn't, they'll beat you or shoot you until you agree... or at least until you can't disagree any more). I like this human. He understands. You know, in all seriousness, I really wish (for your own sake) that you could finally get around to playing the Citadel dlc, because it's like being smothered in a big bucketful of happy, especially the more slowly you play it. The clone plot is admittedly a bit silly in itself, but the dialogue with all your surviving crewmates and the NPCs is nothing short of glorious. It's worth the cost of both From Ashes and the Citadel just to have Javik with you. To me, it plays like a painstakingly crafted heartfelt apology for certain other misdemeanors regarding the original ending, with occasional nods to us multiplayers as well. I mean, xcal's "Everything's Coming Up Tech Armor" video wouldn't have existed without it, for example. I haven't managed a multiquote yet but I just want to say I'm not surprised that TTT prefers the Raider - it might be blasphemous to admit it in this thread but I find the Raider better on Turians as well, especially off-host on the Havoc. But in general I like my lore and prefer Turians with Turian weapons, Batarians with Batarian weapons, Salarians, Asari and Quarians too. Generally though, I have a simple rule I obey when I can't remember which race is responsible for which gun: If in doubt..... CLAYMOAR!!!

Generally though, I have a simple rule I obey when I can't remember which race is responsible for which gun: If in doubt..... CLAYMOAR!!! More ME2 Tuchanka References! I'll admit, I started with ME2, and knew very little of Krogans, but Tuchanka opened my eyes to the righteousness of... righteous violence. At war with your own planet? I know a species not so different, at least you Krogan acknowledge the fact. Ritual of adulthood about coming to terms with your own inner rage? I can totally understand that, as a teenager, I was so full of rage, my childhood and teenage years were almost entirely violence. So I guess you can say that I find a certain inner connection with Krogan. Whilst I am no longer controlled by my violent urges, I would be lying to myself to deny my past. I guess the clone plot is what destroyed Citadel for me, I'm just trying to build up a good ME2 Infiltrator that I can run ME3 with (Now that I know how early I can pick up th Black Widow), then I will try it again. The clone plot is so painful. The dialogue before, and during it, is like having my face rubbed against a cheese grater. It's all just too.... I dunno, cheesy?, for me. I did, however, enjoy the Salarian/Turian in the arcade discussing Tech Armour and Marauders, so I guess a lot of the NPC chatter is pretty fun. As to the Raider, it IS an exceptionally powerful weapon, probably one of the most powerful options for a TSol. The trollstore loved to give it to me, so I had to find a use for it. Can I haz my Claymoar nao? No, has to be another level of Raider. Now that my alt has a Claymore, I use it on basically everything, because: Claymore to the face solves all problems.
If Claymore cannot solve your problems, I suggest you seek out your Clan's Shaman, for only he can help you find the true path.
