Hai Guyz,
I bought an Alienware laptop with a Geforce 970M. It runs ME:A just fine, but looks horribly pixelated, especially on my 55" television(which mostly serves as a tv monitor(although I sometimes use it for netflix and youtube). I need the portability of the laptop, because I am oftentimes in places where it comes in handy(E.G. month-long vacations, 24 hour duty). I also live in a small room that is less than 100 square feet. I am wondering if it would make more sense to buy a graphics amplifier with a GPU, or to simply buy a whole new system, and to use a Gameboy to keep me entertained on duty and/or vacation.

If your laptop supports it, why not?
It's only $175, plus it's faster than other external GPU enclosures that use Thunderbolt 3.

The ones I was looking at were closers to $400, but they included the GPU as well as the Amp.
