Unfortunately many game creators focus on social media for feedback. E.g. wargaming focuses on facebook and reddit and basically ignores their forum entirely.
I would not be surprised if Bioware does the same. It's sad, but ultimately reddit wants the same things as people here, which means that in end BW gets the right feedback.
