Same here. Before the patch I heard every sound from every player who had a mic and couldn't turn mine off without completely disabling it. The push to talk didn't do it, even choosing a mic jack that didn't have a mic plugged in didn't work.

After the patch I can't enable it in the game at all, period. And apparently that's true of everyone else since I haven't heard a peep from anyone since then.
