Back on Pokémon X and Alpha Sapphire, finishing up a few things before the new games come out. There are still two shinies I want to get hatched, so mostly I've been half-watching television and cursing at all these non-shiny Weedles. I can't even Wonder Trade the damn things in good conscience, so when I'm finally done they're all being released. There'll be a Weedle plague on Kalos! I really want shiny Mega Beedrill, though, so it should all be worth it in the end.
I've also still got four hatched and EV trained Pokémon that aren't Level 100 yet. Hopefully the Secret Base full of Blisseys will get them all there by November 18th. (Not that I can even import anything until January, but I want it to be done so I can stick everything I'm keeping in the Pokebank and put my Generation VI cartridges away.)

Watched steams of Dead Space 1, 2 and now currently on 3. The gameplay is stale; you know what to expect because it's a rehash of #1 and 2. The story is meh and predictable.. Really, reaper moons? ![](//storage.proboards.com/6576594/images/FumHmgIatAKrBHKVLvNP.gif) And the galaxy apparently "ate out" by the necromorphs or close to it. What're the markers going to do with an empty larder?

Just re-installed Titan Fall. Not a common game is it? But lets face it, who doesn't love wall running while scoping and dropping another player. And if you listen to the grunts in the background, they have some great dialog. I heard a couple announce to their group that a pilot (me) was coming through. They one of them (presumably) their CO started saying how they could really use my help.
its the little things that really bring a game to life. The big things need to be in there to make it effective. But when NPC's, that almost no player is going to listen to ever, have dialog about how they need help from the player, it just gives it that little extra something.
Besides that, I also re-installed X Rebirth. They actually have the side bar back in that game. But I prefer the original menu system, where your character looked right at a screen that popped up. That screen had all the info you needed. And they let you change back to that screen in the options! So...wew!

TitanFall actually left some good impression to me, even though I probably didn't even clock 14 hours there. Not like there is much to do there, the opposite in fact, but what is there was done with care. Guess I'll pick up TF2 too eventually.

Titanfall II. The single-player campaign's been a lovely trek; Enjoyed the BT/Cooper relationship, their camaraderie's a surprising shift in militaristic shooters that feels almost like The Iron Giant: The Later Years Where I Blow Shit Up. They even went to the extent of adding real-time Conversational options. As mentioned in le Titanfall Thread, platforming plays a larger part - The Assembly Line Mission is one of the better examples of combining inventive level design and tying that into the story. Though if I really wanted to rev up the Cynical engines, The characters beides BT aren't particularly memorable and the story still feels as borderline-ridiculous as Black Ops 3. To be fair, most of the game barely focuses much on story any more than Bulletstorm did and the gameplay's very satisfying.
Cynicism be damned: I had a blast, and it made me giggle.

I've seen a few folks saying that so far. And that's good to hear because I liked the original titan fall, they just made alot of mistakes with it. My biggest concern is that whole embargo against giving out review copies to folks who don't toe the 'this is an awesome game' line. Makes me very suspicious about the games they are putting out. That said, I am looking forward to the review of this game. Because I'm def going to buy it, if it turns out to be a good game.

Dishonored still, one mission to go. I'm wishing I replayed the first mission to try again to complete it with no kills and zero detection's, since I've breezed though every other mission so far.

Clocked up 91% on PC Gamer - they think it's one of the best shooters for a long time but it's likely to be overlooked because it was, unfortunately, released between the latest installments of COD and Battlefield...

I'm planning on getting a PS4 Pro and Dishonored 2. I'm hella excited. The original Dishonored is one of my favorite games ever, and I played it around 16 times. Also going to replay Life is Strange soon.
Next week can't fucking come soon enough.

So far I have played 40 hours of Titanfall 2 Multiplayer but I haven't touched the Campaign yet. I have bought the game specifically for the Multiplayer and I am loving it. Still I am pleased to know this game has such a good campaign that has been pretty well-received.

New completist playtrough of Pillars of Eternity with White March included. I have to say that after the latest patches I am enjoying it quite more than the first time! I tried a second play-through and just couldn't persevere with it... I think the systems are all a little too opaque for me; I've got all these skills and stats and I don't really know what half of them actually do with regards to the game mechanics.

I bloody hate having to deal with the Berseker Queen (or any of those super-aliens) on missions that are already pretty tight on turns :| Shen's Last Gift is pretty intense on iron man as well. Also, that piece of content is surprisingly emotional considering the genre of game XCOM is, and the soundtrack just rocks.
