Binary Domain. Absolute excellent shooter, probably the best third person shooter I've played. The enemies are smart, shooting off limbs of robots are so satisftying nevermind the attention to detail the Yakuza team have put into the enemies and how they take damage. Shooting their heads off will most of the time turn them against their own allies. It also has a great cast of characters, good sci-fi story I thought was way more interesting than either of the Mass Effect sequels. It's just an overall fun ride. The game is okay, at best. Control scheme was just too awkward, especially when it came to giving commands to squadmates, and I'm not a big fan of bullet-sponge boss battles.

Are you talking about "mapping the commands to specific keys?". The bosses aren't bullet sponges, assuming you actually hit them where your squad mates tell you to. They can also be quite useful in taking enemies down, providing heavy artillery support at some points, assuming you give the proper commands and everything. The AI is significantly better than your average shooter, where all they are good for is getting shot and giving you a pad on the back to get back up off the ground instead of just being "thick".. Having said that, it's not a perfect game, sometimes they can be numbskulls and run into your line of fire. But overall, I like the game a lot. I like the challenges it presents, and innovation to the gameplay mechanics. Outside of their Yakuza games, I hope this studio does more things like that one.

I like the challenges it presents, and innovation to the gameplay mechanics. Outside of their Yakuza games, I hope this studio does more things like that one. Personal disclaimer: I've beaten the game twice total. Yes, I am specifically talking about mapping the commands to specific keys. The control options they had were both still awkward as hell for me especially if the game plays like a clone of the Gears franchise. Honestly, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier should be the golden standard in terms of perfect squad-based third person combat. The last thing I need is weird functioning controls getting in the way of the pacing of combat (i.e. Having to have separate buttons for picking up items and taking cover. Why should I press the B button instead of the X button for BOTH standard and scout? That's inconvenient as hell if the game expects me to keep a consistent rhythm going with being competent enough to impress the squadmates), and things also don't help matters when giving responses to squadmates is awkward as hell (i.e. Holding left bumper while picking your response). Voice commands doesn't exactly work if my voice isn't as deep as Travis Willingham (i.e. Dan's voice actor), making it easy for squadmates to misunderstand me. I've had nothing but negative experiences with voice commands in both SOCOM and EndWar, so I never expected it to be different for this game. On the topic of boss battles, even shooting at the weakpoints, the bosses STILL feel like bullet sponges, and it becomes a whole lot worse if you want to do achievement farming, especially with the awkward controls getting in the way, not to mention the squadmates DO act like numbskulls at times. I remember a certain boss battle in the Resistance base being a complete pain in the ass on hard mode because of how badly designed it was. I never bothered trying out the hardest difficulty because of it.

There's a huge sale on psn! DAI is only EIGHT BUCKS.
Anyway, I saw the Telltale games pack (game of thrones, tales from the Borderlands, the wolf among us and the walking dead season 1 and 2) normally 109.00, I got them for 43.99. 60% off! I'm enjoying the Telltale Batman game so I think I'll enjoy these!!!!!

Just finished Tales from the Borderlands... AND WHAT THE FUCK? I really, really hope they let us know what happened at the end with Rhys and Fiona (better yet, make them playable again). Especially since I kinda fell in love with them (especially Rhys). Either way, even though I'm not big fan of this formula of the game, I really enjoyed it. And that music. I grinned like an idiot when Bandit Slaughter Dome music started to play during the fight with the Traveler. Good, old mayhem music Now, I need to play a bit in simple Hearthstone to take my mind off thinking about Borderlands 3 and how much I want that game to be out Ah... Sorry /end-short-rant

Replaying DX:HR in preparation for Mankind Divided. Currently at boss battle in Picus (Fedorova), painfully remembering how much I disliked bosses there.
Binary Domain is fun game and first time I saw their take on "romance scene", I lol'd really hard; Cain totally killed it.

I kind of switch between a lot of games recently (Stardew Valley, Dragon's Dogma, Theme Hospital, Fallout 4, Saints Row 4, No Man's Sky for half an hour). Maybe I play once again through Mass Effect. Or End my second Game save with DA:I. Spend most times watching various Let's plays of Dead by Daylight. I'm waiting for the God Eater games on Steam and hope their Pc Port wouldn't be that bad. Want to crawl through a few dungeons.

Railroad Tycoon 3
I... eh... maybe broke Los Angeles
Notice the time/date...
... welcome to LA in the year 2100 just a few random buildings apparently and uh 1 railroad between San Diego and LA which I built myself...
... and also notice Mount Lauren the tallest and most extreme railroad track in the world... and apparently still functional also It took about 10 minutes for the trains to actually get to the top (notice the trains either side of the mountain which apparently are incapable of crashing into each other (I tried))... and even though the carriages are like wwaaayyyyy apart... theyre still connected
Strange game Fun though...
I must use my god powers for good must build real railroads... not ones which break the game/physics

Guild Wars 2. I was listening to the player in the lower left corner, in blue, who was playing music with his harp, I think. We were waiting for the countdown to retake Tarir, I was standing by the gate (the Armor in blue). This is the second instance in which I encountered someone who could play music pieces with the game 'toys" well.
