Im surprised no one has seconded singularity. If you use it before charging then your charge will create a biotic combo (singularity primes all enemies within its field) and best of all, the detonation doesn't end the singularity. If you spec charge for quick cooldown and singularity for radius and expansion, you can really go to town on groups of enemies.
