what if captain dunn using seatbelt

I could have accepted Dunn dying because Vedaria isn't as experienced and powerful as Sarissa, but forcing us to have Avitus present when he doesn't do anything in that situation just doesn't make any sense. I mean, with the Salarian and Asari pathfinders you were offered a possible replacement to rectify your "mistake", but the Turians apparently have none? Couldn't they at least have made it possible to search for Avitus on Kadara and try to persuade him again?

No, you just get a different Pathfinder. 


I completely forgot about Dunn on my first play through so when I saw her in the end I was like, "Who are you, again?" Dunn had such little to say or do beyond one quest, disappointing concerning that she is the Captain on the Hyperion.

I watched her get thrown from her seat in my game and wondered about the seatbelt thing. Found out she could survive if Avitus got a pep talk instead of an understanding pat on the back. So she still got thrown from her seat in the second game. Only difference was a purple bubble in the background. I expected something more dramatic animation-wise. Like a purple seatbelt.
