When I was a kid my hair was very light blonde, now my hair is dark brown. Also, my hair has started to curl. Mine too but it's not really curling though, however my mom says it will. But as you age, your hair does it darker because of the pigment, then grey and white cause the pigment runs out lol.

When I was 10 years old, I screamed one or two gross words to the most beautiful girl of my class and probably of all school given her popularity when she kicked the balloon going in her way somewhere far away from me, instead of giving it to me. She cried ( even today I can't understand what made her cry exactly ) and after that, a few minutes after, coming from nowhere, five furious boys who were in love ( like most boys of my classroom ) and after seeing her crying came to fight with me, almost crazy. I never touched her and yet they acted like I had beaten the poor girl. No honor, five against one. I fighted, but... one against five, it's like you receive kicks from everywhere, while trying to attack everywhere lol. That was the first time I learned one big thing that day. That men can be very dumb when they think with their xxxx instead of thinking with their brain. I resisted, but the teacher who stopped us was so outraged by the fact that they tried to beat one of their mates five against one, that he severely punished them, these children almost fired from school by the director by the way. I received nothing since I was just defending myself. Justice after injustice felt good I admit.

Lol, I'm only 1/4 if the way through my shift at 10. Still have 8 hours to go. My random thing for the day: I'm thinking about picking up an IR TOS remote control phaser from think geek, and bringing into work. Mostly because we have 4 tv's in our office, and having the ability to control them all with a star trek prop would be amazing (to me at least). I have one of the TOS Bluetooth Communicator, but honestly, who gets phone calls anymore? Its all texting nowadays. So I'm not getting as much use out of it as I'd like.

And I can't sleep more than 7 hours or I'll get backache. Maybe my bed sucks...

When I leave the house I almost always take my Tasmanian Tiger Daypack with me. Main reason is I hate having my big wallet plus phone dangling around in my trouser pockets and carrying a water bottle in my hands is annoying. Also its extremely useful, when I buy some stuff I put it in my backpack and have my hands free instead of having to carry around a shopping bag. I guess thats my man-version of a woman's purse. Its a very light backpack, empty it weighs less than half a kilo and it has the dimensions of a large shoe box.

Sometimes when I'm at home watching a movie on TV, I'll get impatient and look it up on Wikipedia to see how the plot resolves. Unless it's completely terrible, I still usually end up watching it through to the end, but I dunno... I feel like I can relax a bit more if I know where it's going; like I don't have to remain 100% focused on it.

Thankfully I tend to carry around this nifty little case in my car that can double as storage space for a lot of loose stuff. Its currently filled with slim jims wrappers and loose rifle cartridges from the last time I went to the firing range.

I have had my restricted drivers licence for 22 years. Short version: I'm lazy and never got around to sitting the second test.
Long version: When I first sat the test years ago the process was, sit a test get a restricted, wait 18 months and apply for the full licence and it was issued, no new test or fuss. During that 18 month wait I moved countries so never applied. By the time I moved back home they had moved to a new system of plastic licences with pictures on them and a multi layered test structure and just re-issued my restricted for another 6 years, towards the end of that 6 yrs I moved countries again, when I came back they re-issued the same restricted for another 6 years... rinse and repeat which gets me to today with my latest re-issued not due to run out until 2019.
At this point I'm tempted to just keep doing it to see just how many times they re-issue me.

I once got a root canal treatment without a working anesthesia. I was 14 and the doc was too incompetent to dull the nerve of my tooth, instead he knocked out my tongue. Because it hurt so much the procedure took more than an hour. I'll never forget the pain when he put those barbed needles into the root channels of my tooth and I had to bite on them to get them all the way in. Such pain is hard to describe, I think that was the absolute maximum of pain you can feel.
And as if that wasn't enough my tongue hurt a lot after the treatment, it felt like on fire for several days.
Oh yes, my childhood. Half of it consisted of terrible dentist appointments and the other half of math tests terror. My childhood wasn't so much fun.

This is probably an American question. But what is a restricted license? NZ has a 3 tier system: 1. you have to pass a theory 'road rules' test to be allowed to begin driving lessons, you are not suppose to step foot into the drivers seat until you have a learner licence. 2. Sit a practical on road test, you are then allowed to drive with restrictions, ie no driving after 10pm (as below) (after 18mths you can then go for the full licence) 3. Sit another practical on road test. Congrats you have a full DL until you are old then you have to do it all again. Step 4, drive like a lunatic anyway.
