This equpipment is joke, even guys from live stream used it and had no idea what % is that, had to check later ( what really lol ? did they just woke up after finishing last stream ). BTW, OT, but how bonuses apply in the game? If it's APEX mission and it says -25% shields and health, is it -25% of the total value that I have including gear and consumables (say I have Cyclonics II +20 and this gear +15 = 35%) or the -25 debuff is applied right away before the gear and the Cyclonics?
