Favorite scene with Kaidan for me has to be the one when you meet up with him at the shuttle rental place in Citadel DLC. Love his Biotic scene and then that strut, yum! Do you think we'll ever get another LI that is somewhat like Kaidan? I love that scene. He looks like such a badass. Somewhat like Kaidan? Who knows? For me, there is only one.  Oh I agree that there will always be just one Kaidan, there is no doubt about that, lol. |

Not gonna lie, Kaidan getting mad at me made me hate ME2 with the fiery wrath of a thousand suns. I was p'd off the entire game. Yeah same thing with Ashley, neither one of hem would let the whole damn cerberus thing go. |

Hello fellow Kaidan fans! I liked him right away when I first played ME1, and he is still one of my favourite characters overall. Despite that, I never got through his complete romance  I have one gay Shepard for ME3 (amazing build-up!!), and one FemShep that broke up with him in ME3. But I will do it one day as I hear good things about it. I'm excited for Andromeda because his writer from ME3 returned. Hopefully we'll get an equally great character. |

As a real life Canadian I approve of this title lol
I have to admit Thane and Garrus were my first 2 real romances in ME, but when I tried Kaidan's I found it to be very comforting and worth it if you stay loyal.
As just a friend, my Shepard saw him as a brother and I liked that dynamic as well.
I feel he got the least character development though, and was just beginning to show true leadership potential until the Citadel Coup and then he become a follower again.
Either way he is always my canon VS!

Yeah same thing with Ashley, neither one of hem would let the whole damn cerberus thing go. To be fair, Horizon was an unsubtle attempt to split Shepards up with Ashley/Kaidan. But lord, was it frustrating if you've spent the first half giving the Illusive Man the most passive aggressive FU and telling everyone else you're expecting backstabbing. I don't know what I hated more, the autodialogue or the terrible, terrible troll logic they forced everyone to go through. I had no problem with Kaidan/Ashley being suspicious and hostile. I half expected them to point a gun and say that Shepard's an imposter posing as their commander. So when the script had them believe the impossible notion that Shepard was brought back from the dead but not that Shepard might have been blackmailed into helping Cerberus...I probably should have taken that as a bad omen of things to come. |

Blasphemy! You know to be 100% honest it probably is, because if he is alive I have to romance him, lol. I had a FemShep that romanced Garrus and I had to constantly reload at the Citadel meetup because I started a romance with Kaidan. Until I finally just talked to Garrus first and get him locked in, then it's not as bad. Having him on my ship and knowing I don't get my favorite scenes in the game is hard. I still haven't finished that FemShep .... |

Kaidan is by far the most attractive male romance option in BioWare history for me personally. I wish I could mod my ps3 saves so I can romance him through the whole series. It seems really unfair that you can mod the save easily in the other 2 versions, but they made the save files copy protected on ps3. v.v Whatever though, he's still worth the wait for my male Shepard. |

Kaidan was one of my favorite teammates in ME1. Up until we got other teammates, he was the go to guy for decryption and sabotage. Unless Shepard was a tech specialist, Kaidan was indispensable up until the Citadel.
"Hey, Jenkins, do you know how to open this door?"
"What? Come on, do I look like a guy who trained for this?"
"Well I can't open it."
"Let's get Alenko to do it."
"Really? After poking fun at how boring I am, now you want me to open a door for you?"

Another forum another Kaidan Thread! Glad I'm finally getting in on the gushing action of these character threads which dwindled on ol' BSN. (I'm almost compelled to like every post here.  ) Lke I said at Fextralife, he is and always will be my favoritest and most specialist romance of ME. As for my favorite scene...? Hmm. Can I say all of them?  One that sticks out in my mind is at the very end in ME3, the smexy time before assaulting Cronos Station. The dialogue felt like they really were connecting right back with ME1 before Ilos. It's just so  (Wish I had screens, but I play on console.) And having played with both a "cheating" and "faithful" Shep, even just the little things that are different with a faithful Shep (throughout his entire romance, really) were so goddamn touching. Faithful Shep all the way.  His romance really delivered in ME3 and it's totally worth waiting for. I just hate playing half the game without him-- Though I did recently, finally, play the Tuchanka Platoon/Bomb missions with him. I wish I had known I could do that sooner.  |

I always pick Kaidan over Ashley! Love that voice! Me too. All the times I have played ME1 I have not once left Kaidan behind. I always send him with Captain Kirrahe and Ashley sets the nuke. Then I go to save him but tell Ashley I will come back to save her too to which she says "we both know that's not going to happen, skipper." That is the way I played it the first time and have played it the same way ever since. I only have one Shep though (my canon and only Shep) so that's probably why. |

I always pick Kaidan over Ashley! Love that voice! Yup. Raphael Sbarge is actually known in my house as "Carth Voice" because Carth was my first video game BF and I loooooved Carth. So when Kaidan came around, had to go for Carth Voice! There are times when I'm somewhere in the house and my son or husband will be watching tv and yell out "It's Carth Voice!" My husband thinks he always plays the bad guys in shows.  |
