I've had this happen a couple of times when reloading a save on the bridge in the Tempest, but will go away once reloading the save again. Next time I'll try talking to someone with it (ha). It would be fun to play the game as a floating head:  Bradley also tends to find his way into quicksand (happened in two different playthroughs). Poor guy doesn't even notice:  |

Well, i'd a lot of glitched Remanent bots in the vaults, lucky for me, i'd a reciver in my snoipah and the infiltrator prof. for most of the game.

This is the headless Shep I had, where it was because I had modded another character into Shep's place.   Mods can give way to so genuine hilarity with regards to glitches. |

I rarely got any of the glitches either (PC version) and only once was it game breaking in MEA. I'm really curious it there's a correlation with what we're playing on.

Still not fixed since last patch. |
