yeah that's one of the annoying things about DAI it doesn't have very good hair. It's the main reason why I took to modding on it myself. Thankfully I've found that it's not too hard to mod

actually, I don't mind the DAO hairstyles. for multiple playthroughs, yeah, mods help just so you don't feel like you're making clones.

I don't know about that as DA2's aren't bad and MEA's are pretty good too. I didn't mind the ME trilogy styles either. TBH DAO and DAI did fall a bit short but thankfully both games are fairly easy to mod on PC at least so it's possible to correct that if you're on that system. As I do have a hairstyle pack for DAO ad several hairstyles downloaded for DAI as well.

Yeah the MEA ones are good it's probably bee ntheir best effort so far although DA2's weren't bad either. I gotto admit I do like the 2 ponytail styles for Sara especially the more bouncy one

You can do the skintone and give them really rugged features, but the whole craggy forehead thing just isn't gonna happen.

I don't mind it, though. I use a slightly altered version of these sliders and my Adaar looks like a badass.

Well here's my attempt at a Dragon Age 2 style qunari. Alas, the hair options for qunari are so unbearably bad...

He's meant for Dorian, so I gave him a mustache. I feel that's a healthy stereotype to enforce.

Apparently he just ended up looking like Qunari Kurt Russel.

As far as a name, I went with Ebasit, which just means "It is" in qunlat. Its probably completely incorrect to use that as a name, but I like to imagine that his parents, after leaving the Qun, decided that he has no path "He is."
