You like and are interested in people whether they are elves, dwarves, humans, and even some Qunari. Your outgoing personality made you the perfect choice to go to the Divine’s conclave and take note of what was going on. Your Keeper told you the current Divine seemed more tolerant, even progressive, than her predecessors. And, if the mages and templars could come to some reasonable agreement, then things might be better for the Dalish.

Much as you love your clan you were thrilled to go to Haven. Yes, you planned to be careful, just as you promised your mother and father. Yes, you would look for opportunities to present the Dalish in a better political light. You didn’t know how you would do that, but you are optimistic. You met a young mage who showed you around and helped keep you from putting your foot in your mouth. He rolled his eyes sometimes at your constantly cheery nature, even threatened to make your hair pink, saying it suited your personality. You laughed; Creators knew the Keeper would never do anything so frivolous.

You were going to meet him at the Temple but a giant explosion happened instead; it killed the Divine, stuck a green glowy thing in your hand, and now people think you’re a killer. Well, you’ll just have to show them they are wrong. You don't doubt at all that things will work out.
