What are the chances they fix the drunk woman at Prodromos?

What's to fix? Welcome to the world of Bioware, where most NPCs are stuck in their scripted behavior forever.

There's a sure bet she's drunk, by the way. The bottle in her hand is kind of a giveaway.

She can be as want as she drunks to be.

It's a good thing liquor is shelf stable so long as the seal's never broken.

First time I played the game I stopped at this drunk woman and scratch my head. I was expecting some sort of quest, but there wasn't one. They may as well stuck a London bus riding a camel in her place, it would have stood out less.

No worries, it will be done around December, in patch 1.25
You need to understand that they still need some time to finish MEA.
At some point, around may 2018 Prodromos will be full of LIVING people, not just scripted manequins.

But... that's not a bug. That's made intentional.

Eos is not that bad. There is a night-day cycle and surface water in the form of lakes fed by a subterranean source (unlike Eleedan), mean temperature isn't that high (19ºC is a lot better than -31ºC on Voeld), Semi arid climate also means low number of infectious diseases when compared to a world with dense forests(like Harvarl) and without a Kett fortress the murder rate is lower than Kadara.

So maybe she was celebrating alone for the sucessful journey? xD




ps:All in all i would probably prefer to live there than in that in any other place scouted by Ryder, including that fake world-like space station made by the Jardaan.

None, because no one is lobbying inside BW to treat alcoholism better than a joke. So you get some dumb drunks and that's it.

However the moment someone ingame mentions the word sexuality, the sjw police comes to make sure it fits all the non-offensive and representative safety protocols. Hainley abrams was fixed two times just to make her as inoffensive as possible.

In other words, alcoholism isn't a social issue for the neo-left, so it gets the good old joke treatment.

Well, getting pissed doesn't equal alcoholism. The only reason why you even open that can of wirms is the poor design of them getting pissed for all eternity. Otherwise known as being stuck in the same scripted animations. Not intentionally, but just as another moving prop that never changes.

I doubt that woman will be removed from Prodromos.
Bioware is probably either planning something like they did with the Tempest reveal revamp in 1.08...
More likely however though is that she is the only thing holding the map together -remove her and we get to fall through the map... if not already.

Secretly, Danny is the inventor of the personal, carry it with you, telescoping Mass Relay... enabling instant travel from any point to any point in the galaxy... expanding the capabilities well beyond the range of a normal biotic charge and combining it with the fast travel capabilities of the forward stations Ryder sets up.  The patent is pending, so he's just not ready to reveal it yet... even to the pathfinder.  His appearances were just him testing the equipment and he was just trolling Ryder about having to save him in each locale.

More importantly, when are they going to put a reasonable response to that asshole chick on the hyperion that blames you and your dad for all her problems? If there ever was a need for an option to punch in forehead, toss out airlock..
