I tried this at first with the human infiltrator and died twice on wave 2 and left. The 200 DR at low health didn't seem helpful at all. Then I tried to solo with the Agent and never even died lol. Geth Scanner Recon Visor is too good.
The headshot modifier definitely helped, but I'd rather have no modifiers so I can use the Huntress with the hurricane, which I consider to be the best solo class.
So can we have platinum now?

I watched wave 6 as I figured it would be the hardest solo round as you were on the clock to kill a behemoth. 5x cobras to the behemoth lol...that was smart though. Shit eats bullets/combos and rockets.....We got one wave 6 with 2-3 ascendants IIRC yesterday. That shadow his melting stuff with cloak/headshot! Why isn't the angara avenger the best solo class? I think I had 30 revives in a game with a stealth grid and sticky nade class yesterday...using crusader....On demand stealth seems to make a better solo/carrying class...why do you say the huntress? Not too mention the Anagram Avenger has 28% weapon damage (18% if you go for the +1 power cell) You played very well. Great job! I would love to see a solo of this by someone with no stealth grid/tac cloak. |

I can't think of a single reason why she might be better than the Avenger. As you are obviously a great player I'd really like to understand your reasons. Oh, pretty much cause I love saving barrier. Combined with strealth grid you should really be unable to die. Also with disruptor ammo and the hurricane you can make tech explosions and kill mooks really fast, and having an option to stagger dogs is cool. I'd imagine the angara avenger is pretty good too, I just don't use him much. But stealth grid and stickies are also pretty broken. |

So can we have platinum now? Congrats on the gold solo. You got what you wished for earlier (hoping for 10 waves in an earlier post). That Ascendant almost got you at the 26 minute mark. Pre patch, I am not sure you could have avoided the magnet hands. And, luck was with you that you didn’t get disconnected from the game. I wonder if it was because you weren’t playing a detonating class. Seemed to have a lot of disconnects when using biotic characters yesterday. Had you thought about using the Inferno? When playing the mission with a Turian Agent as host, I found myself one-shotting shielded Anointed. Could have helped a few times do shooting through cover, since the Shadow can’t do it (those Wraith hiding behind cover by the water walkways on the right). |

I came into this thing mid match before realizing the parameters. Ugh it was tough, we could not kill one last ascendant on one wave for ages with 3 people (the other was dead when I came into the match). I used up my cobras well before I should have. We extracted but I really did not know what I was getting into on that match (which was my fault)

I guess with ammo boxes the 11 waves would be super easy with this character...I can see running low soloing though with just the ammo packs..... A five rocket round could save you an ammo pack but killing that behemoth will be a pain in the ass without some extra kaboom... If you could get through 5 using your starting material you have 1 pack for 6-10. Do you really need one wave 11? You can evade and hide and 2-3 grids and your dash should get you through extraction without much issue... I'm in the mood to fail and scrub out, so 'll try it when I finish my work tonight....probably going to use the hurricane X and shadow X...maybe I'll splurge and put a IV sniper amp on... |

I would love to see a solo of this by someone with no stealth grid/tac cloak. What are you thinking? I was toying with the idea of trying it on a Kroguard but round 6 really scares me. For 3 and 10, the tactic will have to be camping opposite of the current objective to draw everyone to you, charging someone mid-field and then having enough time to channel the objective before the swarm gets on you. 6, though, would be horrible if you got multiple ascendants/fiends. Ascendants would take 5-6 headbutts to kill and that's too long to stay in one spot. The fiends would require you to use most of your cobras. The behemoth, while less directly threatening, would require like 20 headbutts to kill, so you're gonna have to shoot it to use the mission modifiers. I feel like I'm a very good Kroguard, but I still highly doubt this is possible. |
