I'd be cool to have two as long as they have conflicting personalities. Two also provides a better insight into Andromeda. The problem with only having one is it causes a stereotype. Javik was awesome but I highly doubt he was a good representative for the entire Prothean race. So I hope they give us two but we'll probably only get one.

We can have two natives that belong to species that aren't on the best terms with each other.

None. In fact I don't even want to be in this shitpile galaxy or deal with its inferior denizens. Hopefully I can play a MW loyalist and deliberately torpedo this entire project full of cowards, deserters and traitors for having the gall to run away from the glorious fight for their homeland. It's not desertion if they're assigned to leave by the factions that stayed to fight.

We can have two natives that belong to species that aren't on the best terms with each other. I'd actually be surprised if the writers don't provide two such squadmates for that express purpose. It's insta-drama that's guaranteed to last the entire game if not this entire leg of the Mass Effect series.

Good idea If Bioware has big balls, we must choose between one of the two squaddies and the species they belong to down the line. We're now tasked with killing a former ally, whom many players liked. This could be done in Andromeda or a subsequent game. Picture all the drama this would cause. People wouldn't be able to stop talking about it similar to ME3 ending choices except Bioware does it right this time. Picking which friend to kill is a much more personal decision than destroy, control, or synthesis.

One of each of the friendly races, and maybe even one of the enemy races. Whether they are squadmates or crewmembers on the ship I don't care.
