I'm surprised more people don't want to find a cure. I think a DLC about that could have a great Legacy-type vibe, plus would give you some more time to hang out with your twin. that's kind of why I voted for it mum's family so is your twin I like the idea of Sara and Scott teaming up to help find a cure for their mother, and I think it would make for a great DLC for MEA

Quarian Ark, b/c I want Batarians, Volus, Drell and Quarians in the MP. This. It's not Mass Effect with half the races either.

I chose the Quarian ark, because I'd like to see them AND rest of the species that came on that ark.
Not sure how or why you could make an entire dlc about finding a cure for one person. As much as I'd like to see that storyline finished, it's not interesting enough for me to want an entire dlc devoted to it. Now if it's wrapped into the one where we try figuring out who the Benefactor is, that would be neat.

But these 3 subjects we need answers for though to at least tie the story up. That is assuming they choose not to do an MEA2 though

Whichever one Reyes can show up in dohoho.
Ahem. Anyway, my vote's for the murder/benefactor, because I can deal with the quarian ark being a mystery. I won't like it, but I could deal. But I really want to know who made the Initiative and if they're a threat and what the hell all that is about.

Any DLC where I get more reyes (possibly as a party member! ) and my sibling as a squadie is good. Regardless I really want the quarian ark DLC just to see some fav races and maybe jaals reaction to them.

Well you never know it's quite possible that Reyes may even be the Benefactor given his rather shifty attitude. I even though t that once tbh that he could be. We know he's the Charlatan but I always got the feeling that there was more too him than that.

I would love to see all. But I voted Quarians because, dammit, I'm a bleeding heart. Yes, I want to get to the bottom of the murder and the mysterious Benefactor, and the mystery of the Jaarden... but the mission feels "unfinished" with the final, albeit late start, ark missing. Until all the Milky Way folk are accounted for, my Ryder would have a hard time fully resting. Especially with the endgame teaser proving the Ark has at least arrived somewhere in Andromeda, but is in distress. I mean, of all the DLC possibilities, that one seems most immediate because lives right now are in danger. Not so much solving a murder of someone already dead and not so much tracking down ancient mysteries, worthy though those causes are. But we have people unaccounted for that have sent out a distress signal. There you go. Plus, Quarian DLC would open up more content for MP as well. And I've love a Quarian squadmate. Especially a male to romance. I did pine after Kal'Reegar a bit. I so want Kal 'Reegar to have found his way on the Quarian ark (meaning he really didn't die in ME3) For the life of me, I couldn't figure out what "find a cure" was about so thought maybe it was to find a cure for getting turned into a Kett but now see it was to find a cure for Mom...I forgot about poor old Mom.

Well, finding cure for mom does not sound like a main DLC material. I mean, a DLC that consists of gathering 50 samples of minerals and plants to find the cure? It's not like genophage, there is no conflict involved into that story, it's more like a family quest to be tacked on and done while you are out adventuring. Plus, I am not hot on the twin taking up a squad slot if they are a must on the mission. They are cool in the end of the game, b/c they are not a part of the squad, they are +1 ...

True, there is no conflict at first glance, buy you could make one out of it. Maybe through Meridian you find the location of other Jaardan outposts that had been researching medical breakthroughs but once there you find out that X group beat you to the finish line and intends to do Y with the knowledge. I don't know, you can get creative.

I don'y mind it really and who's to say that we have to collect 50 samples of minerals is what we'll need to do like get info on how to build something which is in a very hostile area of space. Also I don't think many would mind the sibling tag along as you'll still likely be able to bring along one of your other squaddies. Think of it like the Shadow Broker DLC where you had Liara with you the whole time but you could bring along any of your fellow squadmates to fill the other slot. What I'm trying to say is it depends on how it's done.

Quarian Ark DLC and The Benefactor DLC are a must have.
Curing Ellen Ryder could be a subplot for Jardaan DLC.

Quarians; it would mean new assets were added to the game (rather than using the old ones), so has the potential to make the greatest impact.

Anyway, I probably won't buy the DLC that is not going to bring back the Ark or let us play in Remnant cities. Mom's story just does not cut it as something I'd pay to see. A nice sideline, sure, but the main quest? And it does nothing for the species selection, and we are really starved for playable species atm.

If we're saying that there will only be one DLC, I vote solve the murder. I'd rather the DLC tie up a storyline rather than start another one.

#1. But considering that #2 and #3 could be easily solved with two side missions I think that "all of them" might be an option

And F!Ryder, so having a sibling with a defined personality that does not match... I am going to be so confused about who is the player character, who is not the player char, it's going be a huge nightmare for my fifth wall. Anyway, that's enough of why I am really not on board with this one. Too many things I am not interested in. I'd much rather get into actions to get me some Batarians as playable

Quarian ark for me. If there is just one DLC then completing the Initiative with the other races is the way to go.
Solving the murder case, finding a cure, the Jardaan and Scourge mysteries are stuff that would work well for a sequel.

Other: introduction of Jaardan/whomever drove them out or Kett empire. A bridge to the next game. I think the sequel bridge with Jardaan does not need any more setting up. We know that an "Opposition" attacked them at Khi Tasira, detonated something that caused The Scourge and that they have learned how to make that weapon from something called "The Jheln". That seems like enough to go on.
