With the new Batarian character and his Kishock Harpoon Rifle, I started thinking about what weapons I missed from the OT. I love that they brought the Black Widow to Andromeda. That was my go-to weapon for multiplayer and my SP infiltrator. I adore that gun. My other favorite, one that didn't seem as popular and didn't pack quite the punch, was the M-99 Saber. The sound the Saber makes when fired, the satisfying "pop!" of a Cannibal's or Cerberus Soldier's head with a well-aimed headshot... beauty in form and function. What weapon would you want to potentially be included in future MP content or SP DLC? Andromeda already has the Black Widow, but the M-99 Saber (with night-vision and extended barrel) became my defacto weapon when fighting Reapers and Geth. I used the Black Widow (night-vision and extended barrel) for Cereberus missions and complimented it with the Lancer. The Saber allowed me to hit like a sniper against Reaper forces with more rounds especially taking on Banshees. I would compliment the Saber with the M-11 Suppressed Pistol with a heavy barrel and scope. I loved the Saber and that is one weapon I would love to see in Andromeda. It made Engineers and Infiltrators formidable on a NG+ run. |

It's why I do well with them on Vanguards. Charge, shoot (with the Raider it's two shots in quick succession), then run like hell until you can charge again. The running parts important. when you can just turbocharge a ghost and dominate the battlefield? Is why I love Engineers and Infiltrator. Find cover, deploy drones or stealth up, line up for a head shot, rinse and repeat. Jet packs make moving from cover to cover a lot of fun, especially when I find a perch. Good stuff. |

Those sync kills are painful sometimes, especially when you have to restart the whole mission if you die. I nearly lost it in the Kett base on Eos. First time I had a glitch that stopped the shields from coming down, so I restarted. Second time I was sync killed, and the third time Jaal Avenger Striked me off the ledge by accident. Jaal is so clumsy! |

My preffered tactic when dealing with an Ascendant is to stay at range with Tactical Cloak/ Invasion/ and Remnant VI. Then take pot shots with my scope enhanced Carni. Get its orb down, then swoop in for the kill with RPG or fire based Ghost...if they get the orb up...run like hell.
Forgot what Robert did but it might have been similar....or he might have stuck to his turbocharge profile. And just roasted the sucker with the Valk.

lol yeah him and Drack are a picnic on Havarl! Drack lures the creatures to me with his battle cry, and Jaal attracts the nearby Remnants wit his grenades lol it's not easy being a Sniper with them around. colfoley for me it was a dumb death. I tried to jump away from the orb and was wedged between the ledge and a large crate, so I was killed instantly. Yeah the only two times I've been synch killed (Fiend on Havarl, The Cardinal on the base on Voeld...and actually just remembered the ascendant got me on the Archon's ship too)...I was looking away. Hell the last time I had no idea the Ascendant was even in the room. Made me suuuuupppppeeer paranoid as all hell. |

Ooo, nice thread idea!  I'm going to pick Cerberus Harrier for assault rifles, the Locust for SMG-s and the Eviscerator for shotguns. If I had to pick one out of those, I'd go for the Harrier. My favourite pistols we already have in Andromeda. And I don't have an opinion on sniper rifles since I never use them. |

Up until they fixed the beam emitter I would have wanted the Prothean Particle Rifle (though to be fair there's no real lore reason to support that)... but now that they have, and the new N7 Scythe (beam emitter-augmented N7 Valkyrie) is something I can have.... I'd vote for the N7 Typhoon. I'd like a Milky Way answer to the Soned as it looks like a giant vegetable.
Or Spectre guns from ME1 (though the N7 weapons + Black Widow are basically them).
Stuff it, just the Typhoon please.

I loved the Harrier, and for cheese factor (though they changed the way ammo powers work, so it wouldn't be AS cheesy) the PPR. Also the Lancer was always cool... yeah the Cerbnerus Harrier was good as it was basically a fast firing Mattock. I would probably go with the Locust SMG. I could imagine that little gun being quite deadly in my Ryder's hands. |

As much as I like the Dhan, I 've wanted the Claymore since I noticed it's absence. We have 2/3 of the ME2 power weapons and both the Widow and Black Widow but the best (non-N7) shotgun we bring is the Disciple? For shame!
