Beware of the platinum cloak army

I'm really looking forward to Bioware changing the hack back (the fuck) the way it was, so I can enjoy some team synergy again.

Yeah, playing the sole non-stealther is certainly terrible. But doable, as long as they pick you up every 30 seconds or so. I like to play a Krogan Merc in that situation, so you do at least a lot of damage in the short time you are alive.

i learned this the hard way. 60% of the plat pugs i go into have 3 stealth classes, and i'm forced to play a stealth class as well just so i don't get instantly murked by all enemies looking for a target.

My logic = Good, now you 3 will have to choose who revives me as a Turian Havoc, Sentinel or Scrapper since I have to be the bullet sponge.

Actually it is not that bad since you have barrier (although much harder than playing a stealth class).

I very often play Human Sentinel as the only non-stealth class in Platinum and I don't die that much due to barrier and energy drain. You just have to play smart.

I don`t understand.

We should have something called Cobra RPG as solution for such army.

I'm pretty sure a day or two ago I seen one of those mini gun kett guys still shooting for me trying to figure out where I was? Maybe because he was already ramped up when I switched to cloak.

Well said, Its not clear how these knobs can rinse-repeat that routine for days on end without going blue in the face.

Non-cloakers do exist, but, they are fewer in number!

So far, I've only been taking in the non-cloakers and had pretty good success with the ones who have some kinda solid get outta jail card. For instance, the exemplar (barricade), human sentinel (barricade), angara insurgent (shield boost), salarian operator (shield boost) and asari sentinel (backlash). Have a buddy who shows up on my squad at times who does well with a backlash focused asari duelist build (very different playstyle than gold)

I did give my favorite character, the human engineer (as delicate as it got) a shot yesterday. God, that was rough when the cloak boys started doing their dirty and everything on the screen targeted you from every corner of the map. You can't get a break, literally escaping from cover to cover the whole time, and you don't get very many chances to output any damage at all. Unless, there's at least one other non-cloaker on the squad, it is rough with the delicate characters ( human engineer, human adept, etc) man.
 

It will balance out as we adapt to Plat. Right now, I would rather win with an infiltrator than lose without one.
It's getting easier and my crew is starting to adapt and use other kits. The hacks and uploads are the main issues currently.
Uploads are difficult sans cloak and hacks are almost impossible sans cloak. If they would change the hacks back, you would see less infiltrators.
