I wish more people realized how effective that is to counter dogs. Aerial combat training helps but all characters can do it. Just don't stay up there too long because there's always an observer somewhere on the map ready to laser your exposed ass. Zerkers still flak you, but they look so sad while doing it. I almost feel sorry for them.

If you can't deal with dogs before they reach you, the problem is with you. You don't deserve to play platinum. Maybe stop playing stealth kits and hiding from enemies like a pussy and be a real man and use the Salarian Architect. Me and my buddies who have spent over 1000 hours in the game each just did it in under 10 minutes. Just get your Hurricane Siphon MMD with the MF-only mods and kill enemies before they kill you. so easy. Just kill, or be killed. Literally anyone can do it. Oh, you didn't credit glitch the fuck out of the game when you had the chance? Too bad, stay out of Platinum then and go back to bronze until you get good.

as usual tho. the hacks are what get me.

played it thrice. full extraction on all. used the avenger, scrapper, insurgent.
It can get comical when the Krogans full on charge headbutt. We were all laughing our arses off.

The game trolled me all 4 attempts I PUG'd it.

#1 - Wave 6 hack dead center platform. Berserker and a blaze hydra sat in there the ENTIRE time and never left the invisible players. Couldn't get their aggro, even when all 4 players left the center, they literally stayed there.

#2 - Wave 4 upload, an Anointed was glitched in a wall IN THE ZONE!!!!!! Powers & guns couldn't shoot him. Other 2 uploads weren't an issue, but he was unkillable with the powers we had and wouldn't let the hack proceed.

#3 - Wave 6 upload, dead center platform. Same issue, this time the Ascendant would not leave. 1 zone went quick, second zone was an issue. Third zone just didn't have enough time to pull aggro or kill enemies.

#4 - Wave 6 hack interior. 1 PUG decided to kill the 2 Berserkers I pulled all the way to extraction, away from the hack. Sure enough, they respawned at the hack. When they were with me in extraction, the hack was progressing. As soon as they were dead, the bar was never blue again.

I guess I will have to learn how to fight and hover.  Literally and honestly in all the games i have every played on all levels (cep plat which i have not played) I think I've seen about 3 guys every that actually hover fought most of the game.  no one does it.

On console it's hard to hold down LT (hover) and then use a power on LB, or the LB+RB power.

Makes perfect sense, I've just never seen hardly anyone hover at all in the many games i've played.  I am going to start practicing to hover more.

You could combine and remodel to a Kettchen...

Went into this apex with a pug group. I played the Batarian. Everyone else? Infiltrators. Two Avengers, one Salarian. I got a lot of attention to say the least. We had two Uploads and a device objective. I had to count on the Avengers to cloak me while I was in the uploads with them. Berserkers were definitely a pain during the whole thing. We made it out though.
