I may be disappointed with the new direction ME has taken post-original trilogy (mainly writing quality/story issues with SP, and community interaction or lack thereof with MP)...

I do however sincerely appreciate the people at bioware who've put their all into making this the best experience possible. It's certainly not all doom and gloom like some would have you believe. There are many things MEA improved upon over the OT, and I still enjoy playing it. The combat is the best of them all.

I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I would be devastated if this is the last of Mass Effect. Casey is back, now they just need to move Drew K back on the ME writing team, dump Mac Walters, and return to what made them successful in the first place. Solid writing and memorable characters.

With all the shortcomings of MEA, it's easy for me to forget that Mass Effect series is THE best game series I've ever played. I know I'm not the only one here. Phrases like "enemy everywhere" and "go! Go! Go!" had made me some instant friends when playing MP. I was at Costco the other day and an HP laptop kiosk had a picture of Jack. I stopped in front of it to check it out, some stranger passing by said, "I'll destroy you!" And that made me laugh my head off. No other games have achieved so much.

Am I still pissed about the lootsplosion and the same Asari face over and over? Absolutely! But have I enjoyed playing the game for the last several years? Absolutely! The new Nimbus map and this week's new gold Apex mission show that the team is still working on making the game more fun for us, perhaps with limited resources and perhaps under some kind of pressure for certain sales goals.

Just as I have the right to ask for improvements on a game I paid for, I should also have the courtesy to thank the people who made the games I enjoy to play. So yes, #BUAWSM and more!

The intention of this thread is excellent, though the mods would prefer not to extend their duties to being a 'thread editing service' if that's alright... 

My suggestion would be that if you wish to share thanks or appreciation, that tweeting it personally would be most effective, which we can (mostly) all do ourselves.
