It made a slight noticeable difference, I think. I definitely got more tech kills than I would have using CM or AM.

I simply like the acolyte-pull-reave combo. Might not be the most efective, but who cares?
Funfact: forgot to respec and used headshotdamage evo in passives.

Hardcore

Slow as usual, devices and targets did not help much to get fast times.
But both quite enjoyable solos because Asari and no Cerberus.

It was never bugged, afaik. Working as intended^TM
What I meant is that I usually go with 5b headshot damage but only used the acolyte for this solo.

You need to do both challenges from week 15 to finish the series properly, but which ending is "canonical" will depend on whether you finished 14.2 on your first try (or not); after all, as Anderson says, "You only have one chance at this"
There could or could not be a different final title made available upon completing the whole series  that reflects this, but I would ask for some feedback before enacting it anyway

... 'tis mostly a matter of flavour though. I certainly won't attempt to enforce it, or ask people for the number of tries they needed to get through 14.2. If you don't like the idea, simply chalk it up as "another crazy attempt at creative challenges" and disregard it, since it won't have any effect whatsoever.
For what is worth, my experience when testing it was that it did make the challenge more intense, making it feel a bit special
