N2.1 - Resolve of the Shadowbroker (Gold)

I dont pay much attention when any of my very few "records" are broken in these series but if it's the N7-Gerbil that does it I must sigh wearily and load up this combo yet again.

Gerbil had the top-ranked 18:4x or something from the HoF for this challenge,  he was also the one who made me a crappy  sandwich to sub20 CDEM, which was always one of his favorite challenges (prez dedicated it to him, after all). But no, Gerbil isn't cringe (cringe isn't an alt of any poster or player, as far as I know). 

The gerbil remade his account at some point although tagging him seems not to work for me. Haven't seen him play for a while though, so he might be done. 

Build was this but it's the same generic build I always keep on paladin so nothing special or optimal (ED is worthless). I didn't detonate SF all that much, was mostly just a bunch of incendiary glitching and SF for debuff on boss enemies. I didn't use crusader fix either as I didn't remember whether it's allowed for these runs or not

I did Tier 1 about 2 years ago, then got frustrated trying to "speedrun" the other tiers and failing numerous times This time, I took my time and had a good time doing those. Tier 6 may be an exception because I messed that one up pretty bad and Cerberus sucks in general... Oh, and I died a bajillion times with the AIU but nothing that a strong repair matrix addiction can't fix . It's been a few days since I've done these so I can't remember much of the fun stuff that happened sadly - but probbaly not the most exciting solos anyways

Moral of the story for me: QFE Venom is pretty fun but Goddess still pretty much sucks. That map can go to hell for all I care Weird floor that makes Venom shots behave super strange, horrible spawns and some equally horrible objectives definitely not just me being bad at the game

Funnily enough, it was Blue Rose that gave us the most difficulties, even though it's really not that bad on paper. Must be some kind of curse for us . Or it was simply the fact that we were focussing more on getting grabs than anything else Wrex failing to step up for himself when Shep repeatedly shot him in the back, more grabs (both over-cover and banshee ) and bullying Cerberus with Striker and Acolyte were all funny moments in this

Interesting and fun conditions and it's been a long time since I've had to make sure to get certain medals. Having to think during a game is something I avoided for a long time It feels like the Volus has some kind of lag when you move the camera and he keeps pointing the gun in the old direction, sometimes. Maybe that's just me
Week 2 started great with a 10WS game on Condor - something we both didn't really expect. I got shot in the back again but that's ok we're working on it Geth managed to almost get the better of us in the last one (for now) - there was SO.MUCH.STAGGER
