Ok guys, i will do a NinjaSuperiority move with a massive submission, go away and forget about this. Because I don't like soloing. And soloing doesn't like me. I like to play with mobile decoys with stupid builds and get down a lot due to retarded rambo moves. But I started this path some time ago, stopped momentarily (n2.2 broke me, fuck you Goddess, fuck you Collectors and fuck you Miranda), so I had to get to the end. Recently I had a bit of free time, so I decided to try these challenges again, and I can say I fucking did it! My suffering is over. As I've already said n22 was one of the most difficult for me, i felt so squishy. No safe spot on Goddess, so many seeker plagues chasing me, me doing biotic explosions and making abombs flyng right in my face, scions bombs, pretorian cheating buttlazers... Ash, Ash was hard too, especially the waves with dragoons and Phantoms. I learnt the hard way how to handle them. I've also learnt that nemesis can be a pain in the ass too. That challenge was fucking cursed, so many retries (fortunately i had many Cyclonic IV), between bad objectives(lonely atlas on targets, devices, failing to glitch the hacks) and shitty performances during 7/8/9 waves. And in a game Cerberus started cheating too! Devices can be a pain on this map with Cerberus, and of course on my successful attempt i had them on w3 and w10 (but with a bit of patience and luck i did them). The others were not so difficult, despite several failings. Ariake was quite easy, maybe because i'm used to play Volus kits and i know how to handle their tricks (cloak, bubble, abusing soft cover thanks to their height), i failed the first 2 attempts because i was too greedy and underestimated ravage bombardments with Marauder support, but then i became more cautious and did that. I was using Inc Ammo so Brutes and Ravages were "melting", mooks were going down also thanks to biotic explosions and HSs, most of the time was spent running away from banshees, and leaving them at the end. And that was so boring, Banshee twins took a lot of time to kill. Of course i had devices too (and a hack which i was not able to glitch), but here kiting was quite easy. What challenges did i like? The easy ones . But i also liked the Vorcha one on Reactor, despite it took some tries, (trapping phantoms and stunning dragoons was priceless, and there were a lot of tech bursts too!). Krogan with Claymore on Jade was cool too, beheading goons with Claymore, tech bursting atlases and making barrierless phantom fly with melee. 183 pull-ups was fun, HSing Cannibals with Katana, causing many inc explosions spamming nades; well, banshees were a pain too unfortunately. I hope i didn't make any mistakes with numbers... 28.22+33.06+33.43+29.15+41.15+37.43+33.00+34.33+27.55+29.47+25.08+32.16+25.56+32.23+36.37+36.21+30.11+39.54+31.35+33.31+55.03=703.74 (11.44) N7 Challenge Series(Gold)N 1.128:22 - Vastator (247085 pts)N 1.233:06 - Vastator (280964 pts)N 1.333:43 - Vastator (204718 pts)N 2.139:15 - Vastator (306497 pts)N 2.241:15 - Vastator (221488 pts)N 2.337:43 - Vastator (258337 pts)N 3.133:00 - Vastator (334577 pts)N 3.234:33 - Vastator (276245 pts)N 3.327:55 - Vastator (261711 pts)N 4.129:47 - Vastator (280261 pts)N 4.225:08 - Vastator (261888 pts)N 4.332:16 - Vastator (302782 pts)N 5.125:56 - Vastator (263370 pts)N 5.232:23 - Vastator (294170 pts)N 5.336:37 - Vastator (252821 pts)N 6.136:21 - Vastator (271399 pts)N 6.230:11 - Vastator (220591 pts)N 6.339:54 - Vastator (270213 pts)N 7.131:35 - Vastator (299868 pts)N 7.233:31 - Vastator (260160 pts) 10 WSN 7.355:03 - Vastator (261067 pts) 10 WS

Finally.... N5.2 complete at 37:58. Escort-Hack-Pizza... Sounds like a good night at @natinthehat 's spot! First 3 waves survived, extraction was not super insane but it was with zero consumables for the entire wave, so... I run fast and scared ok Will post when I finish N5.3, which will not be tonight. The lowlight of this run is the first pizza on wave 10. It is pitiful 5 Grabs, 20HS, 75 Kills, 50 Pistol Kills, 25 Tech Kills, 10 Melee Kills, 3WS, 3KS, Full Extraction. My pistol amps are mad at this challenge.

Tales from the TrenchesWeek 6:The Citadel CoupI. (The Illusive) Man's Reach Exceeding His Grasp 17:34 - Sonashii [v] | frank_is_crank [v]Edit: my video is still uploading and processing for about an hour. sneaky Edit 2: as you all sure already saw, the hosts time is a second faster
On our first try (well, in fact it was the second after the disconnect in W11 from last week) Sonashii got sync'ed 3 steps from EZ by a sneaky phantom. This time it went rather smooth and kinda fast. We did the next one as well but I got sync'ed at the beginning of W8. Sonashii just ignored gentlemanly the krogan corpse he was running across several times and finished the Wave on his own. I had not the heart to tell him about the no-bleed-outs-rule... We agreed to do it next time.

With Volus you have a smaller hitbox, so you can take cover behind many objects, cloak, stasis, the bubble and shield boost with the DR evo. Well, you have to run a lot in order to avoid some bad situations with banshees/ravagers. Joli vastator ! And faster than me... i guess i ll have to do ariake and many pull ups again 🤔😅😂 Thank you. I did pull ups skipping carnage, and choosing the defensive evos on AR. Equipped PowAmp IV, Shock Trooper gear, and stayed on the box area for almost the whole match spamming nades for inc explosions. Great job, N7 vastator ! That's called making an entrance... Thank you mighty King of Devices . When the game threw me some of those wonders, i stayed calm, thinking about you, instead of rage quitting.

Black widow is pure destruction on sniper infiltrators and more suited for solo i find All my deaths as in most cases were trying to do the stupid 5 grabs . enemies just don't like me and go around always.... I'm good in general with all volus characters. Ariake takes just to long for me to be consistent and not overreact in a moment. Only technique i'm not familiar and you use ofter as a volus veteran is the bubble!!! could you briefly describe how much damage reduction/repeling force on enemies hit/anything else worth mentioning it offers?!

Not exactly a joke. thats why i use it with characters that don't dodge. and there's always Hsol I don't like to mod anything included key mapping. i like to do my best in the game as is by default. i know i can't output at the highest level, but it's satisfying for me when i perform enough in any given situation

Only technique i'm not familiar and you use ofter as a volus veteran is the bubble!!! could you briefly describe how much damage reduction/repeling force on enemies It s 1.5 sec immunity and then 50 % DR, so it s even better than rolling for banshee ball for example. I never tried to withstand hack in the middle of marauders but i think u can tank a lot, especially if u shield boost just before.

Sounds more useful than i initially thought. thanks, i need to experiment with it need to find out what enemies it effects/repels as melee also would be interesting if it reaches the 90% dr cap with shield boost evo !!!

Heres one i found on fextralife, but i m pretty sure he made a bigger one about voluses gameplay. I feat, as a deleted user here, that his thread were nuked ? cant search them by author

There are several examples of threads made by deleted users that are still on.

FOund corlist's test though thanks to you, giving real numbers about the bubble and shield boost hereDid you click the link l left? It shows every thread title with the word Volus in it. To search something else just go to the search tab at the top of the page, and in the top right set of boxes put a keyword into the top box. Then at the bottom left, click 'show results as threads' then hit search.

Every time i didn't believe he will hit me and then it's just a simple cannibal shot, so lame hahaha

I searched for every thread with volus in the title instead, but there are none from Lazy. linkThe Volus Guide by Lazy is found in the excellent ME3 Resource Library by Mod DragonRacer... Alfonse is looking for a thread created by Dalakaar. Oh I misunderstood. Deleted members are not searchable so the best bet is to guess keywords in the thread title and search for them, as I explained above. Edit - I've tried google, no luck there. Edit 2 - I've been through the ME3 MP subs looking for threads started by Dalakaar and no dice. There were a few fun ones but no builds. Honestly the search function on ProBoards drives me batty sometimes. Do you know if it was it posted here or on the old BSN?
