Yes, for soldier, vanguard and infiltrator.

Soldier - one for power. one for weapon.
Vanguard - one for melee. one for biotic power.
Infiltrator - They have TC 'nuff said. ...but I use one for shadow and another one for sticky.

Human Adept and Sentinel... I find absolutely no reason to raise the ugly male versions.

All at Level 20 except for three human siblings: male infiltrator (6), male engineer (9) and the female sentinel (1). Doing the silver and bronze daily challenges to level them up (slowly) when available.

Already done. When the Exemplar came out I had done everyone, so all I needed to do was him. Then the Batarian came out, all I needed was him. Now I wait for new characters.

Yup I almost have every character at lvl 20 now except for the human adepts and 2 asari + human keneticist. The +45% xp boost from fire base nimbus apex mission has been fast tracking my characters like lightning.

I know many people won`t like this idea..

And to stay on topic, I only level up one sibling and use respec cards.

I felt that way about a number of them early on. Some didn't get to be all that interesting until they'd attained sufficient levels to allow me to toy with different builds.

Probably the best example was the Insurgent. I thought his powerset was boring AF up to about level 7-8. Played him a few times early and then didn't touch him again until I'd maxed 70-80% of the others. He eventually became among my favorites.

It helped that I almost never see him played any way but straight camping, and I've had two different PUGs independently ask for build/playstyle suggestions after I used him in Gold and Plat matches, respectively, which was certainly gratifying. Ego-stroke aside, I honestly enjoy engaging with newer players and feeling like I might have helped them enjoy the game and/or stick around longer. I don't know that I'd have that kind of perspective if I hadn't taken the time to learn the game from the many different angles that using varied kits/builds encourages.
