Shiala most definitely. That's where my desire for there to be an asari commando on the squad in MEA came from.

Let's see. Zaeed, Javik, and Miranda (as fem Shep).

Vega probably should have just been made an actual romance option after all the work they already did with the flirting, etc. But oh well.

Aria would have made a nice renegade romance.

2) Parasini. She's cool, cant belive she's not a cameo in ME3.

I'll only pick romances that would have made sense within the story (sorry, Tela Vasir, you tried to kill Liara):

1. Joker.
(I know, I know, he belongs to EDI. And I agree! But I'm still a bit sad. Such a sweet guy. Also, EDI dies, so might as well skip that heartache. ;P)

2. Jack for femShep
(Biggest head-scratcher. I don't understand the reason behind the decision to make her male only - at all.)

3. James Vega
(The DLC date rape thing was bad. Worse than Jacob bad, and that's saying a lot. Why no regular romance instead of this shit? I ended up really liking James. I did enjoy the teasing only relationship but an option for more would have been nice.)

Romances that I wish DIDN'T happen:

1. Tali
(Who decides it's a good idea to have potentially lethal sex with a vital squadmate before an important mission?!? How desperate can you get! Also, I felt like a pedophile. Tali is basically a teenage fangirl and Shep's over thirty. Awkward!)

2. Garrus
(Both he and Tali were said to be physically incompatible with Shepard as dextro aliens. Toxic, in fact. Suddenly in ME2 this is all fine so than fans got to romance their favorite character. OK. I love Garrus, but he has a RAPTOR FACE and a hard body with sharp edges. I did his romance, it WAS cute, but I really don't want to imagine the sex. Any sex between humans and non-Asari (and maybe Drell and Batarian) aliens is ridiculous. Just stop it. I support asexual romances only. Garrus and Tali hooking up made perfect sense. Shepard? Not so much.)

Note: This is not an attack on people who like alien romances. I like them too as emotional connections. I just don't see how sexual relaionships with turians or krogan are even physically possible. Or how anybody could find them physically attractive. They have faces like something out of a nightmare. I would LOVE an alien romance that addresses the problems that arise from being in love with somebody you cannot have sex with.
In addition, I'm for alien romances as bisexual options always since the differences between the sexes should be of no concern to a different species, right? A Turian male is as ugly as a Turian female. ;P Hell, you probably can't even tell the difference half of the time. Their personality is what counts, I would think.

I am not sure what I am going to get, but I am hoping that the romance with Jack is fairly developed and not too curtailed in ME3. I don't really see any other option for my M!Shepard. Or Garrus for a M!Shepard, that would have been super.

I used to think Anderson would have been nice for Shepard, but I didn't know about Sanders yet either. I don't want to get in the way of true lurve.

The Shadow Broker DLC reveals she's had to rely on the Nerve-Stim Pro (Deluxe Edition) in her suit, whenever she has an itch to scratch in that department. Between that and the reveal that she's had a long-standing crush on Male Shepard since the first game, is it any wonder she pounces like a rabid badger when the real thing is on the table?

Well, Citadel was so deep into fanservice hole that it wouldn't even matter, but would cause too much trouble on technical side with having to match looks for non-default Shepards.
