it's not mentioned anywhere in game Haaaaaaaaahahaha, you're new at Bioware games, aren't you? New? It depends on what is considered to be new .... ME3 was my first BW game played more or less seriously. Everything before - DA:O, DA2, ME1, ME2 were torrent editions, played in "downloaded - played some time - uninstalled - forgotten" sequence.

Bioware games NEVER properly explain how their game mechanics actually work. NEVER.
You have to rely on people on the Internet to dig into the code or do testing to figure it out.

Bioware games NEVER properly explain how their game mechanics actually work. NEVER. You have to rely on people on the Internet to dig into the code or do testing to figure it out. Which is why PUG lobbies so often have bad or noncomplimentary loadouts through no fault of their own, e.g. squadmates with mixed cryo/incendiary ammos or abilities. If you don't read a forum like this to reap the benefit of a large number of other players' experiences, not to mention the dedicated testers, you're always going to be fighting game mechanics you don't even know exist.

Yup. It's terribly player-unfriendly, unintentionally (I'd like to believe).

I'm going to have to load it up to grab those. If only there was some kind of device in your pocket you could whip out with an executable program on it that would let you interact with the Store part of the game, absent the need for the game itself. Oh wait... (Yeah I know you're on a Windows Phone. Do you also still use BetaMax?) inb4 people tell me BetaMax was a superior technology

I think both BetaMax and 8-track were inferior products despite their technology.
Product history is written by the people good at marketing at sales.

Nintendo had the NES, Gameboy and Wii, which did extremely well despite it's superior contenders at their times. Also Dreamcast vs PS2, Atari ST vs Amiga 1000, ZX Spectrum vs anything besides the Commodore 64... Windows 10 Mobile vs IOS

Being a good product is also about user experience, and it is top to bottom. Good technology is no guarantee whatsoever, and neither is good marketing or any one thing. User experience is built from many things.

So far, every time I actually go in to buy new equipment and see something that I'll never use, I buy it anyway, because compulsion. This time, I looked at the Supply Transmitter and said:
