Are any of the rare or uncommon ones any good? The common ones aren't remotely worth the cost, IMO, with the very notable exception of the scopeless pistol accuracy mod.

Besides the scopeless pistol mod, there's also a scopeless AR accuracy mod that's common, plus some of the various mods that have extra weight as a negative seem ok. I probably wouldn't use most of the rest except in a few specific use cases. For example, the ones that reduce clip size would have no effective down side on one shot guns. In my case, I figure that since I don't have anything else to spend extra MF on, I may as well buy all the mods.

What the hell?! It still said it had like 5 days left on it this morning. I was gunna buy it when I got home from work. Guess I'll have to make due with a pile of arsenal packs.

Depends....

If there are limits on the amount of penetration you can posses in your area then you'll need to consult your local authorities for a permit to posses more than the normal amount.

If you live in a state were medicinal penetration has been legalized you will still need a prescription or a note from parent/guardian if you happen to be below a certain age.   

If you live in certain counties in Nevada for example the amount of penetration you can posses is really only limited by your imagination, creativity and available funds.  


It sounds as if you are willing but are you able....


to part with that much MF just for the sake of more and better penetration.
