Well, for me, it would have been, 'til now, your original second option - especially if I'm playing krogan. Punch all the things, especially dragoons who need beating to death with their own spines on a regular basis. But, since watching TechnoTurnian murder all comers with a Scorpion in one of her UTube vids, I confess I have become a fan of shooting little explosions of death at the enemy's feet (especially dragoons etc. etc.). Sometimes the little bombs explode immediately they hit the floor and whichever unfortunate is treading on them exits the match skyward. Very entertaining.

I've recently returned to a little ME3MP, for old time's sake (and entertainment). At first I was embarrassed that I'd forgotten how to vanguard. <ahem> Remembered now. Krogans are still the most hilarious kits to play though I love my nice fat TSent.

Also Claymoar never hurts.

Well, that's not true is it?
