Some animals drag prey away and eat it later. Which is notably not the same as immediately running away (if other players are alive to take the aggro) or standing around looking bored. I dunno, man, with all the problems in this game the unrealistic behavior of space dogs (that are really fish-lizards or something) is not high on my list.

Nor mine, which is why I never mentioned it until someone specifically brought up being grabbed while downed 6 months after the game released. Just forcing conversation, I guess, since this the most active I've seen the forum in the last few weeks.

Enemies that are absurdly fast, silent, stagger you, and have disjointed hurtboxes so their attacks precede their animations. They either fly, are invisible, or can lock you into place. And 2 of them are insta-death with melee modifier. Sounds great.

I'm surprised Adhis are ranked so high. Wraiths are like Adhis, but are also stealthed, which makes them significantly more annoying to me. Is there a difference in health between the two? Also, I didn't vote for Breachers, but I get it. Those things are a close second. Wraiths are the only one of the three that don't grab. They do headbutt like krogans though.

Breachers. Easy. They can spawn right behind you while you're in cover and by the time you notice them, they've already exploded in your face taking a chunk of your shield. I recently tried to do a hack solo and had three breachers spawn around me in my hack circle, all at once. There was not much I could do at that point but to take the hits. Whereas the other two, I usually can see them coming from a distance so I can take them out before they get close.

I would say that wraiths are the least annoying because you can train yourself to notice their invisibility-shimmer thing. Also they make growling noises - same with the adhi. I'd have to go for breachers because they have no discerinible tell, and also show up to wreck your day without provocation. Kind of like parking fines. Yep.

The ability of all three to negate full Vortex Annihilation Field and grab you. (Not all the time, but it still occurs more than just occasionally)

Each one of these grabby bozos has managed to anger me more than once over the last 3 months. As I look back, though, many of these issues were related to lag/rubberbanding that happened at the moment. Maybe it's a PC thing, but being grabbed when the rubberbanding is also happening usually results in my unseemly death at the hands of a stupid dogfish.
I like the idea of challenging grabby bozos; but lag and rubberbanding are not part of gaming as far as I am concerned...
