I wish people still played this game, whenever I try to find a match, usually sticking to U/U/G and it will take like 5-10 minutes for 1 guy to join, and that guy will be like APEX 1000 on a lvl 1 character. Or on the off chance I actually find a full match the host always seems to have 800 ping and it lags so much its borderline unplayable.

Destiny felt more like a weird MMO with a poor ass story that made no sense (MEA tier), the combat was meh and a considerable number of objectives were: "protect the hackzone" . Destiny 2 looks more of the same, so... a big nope on that. |

Usually there will be people who join by Wave 3. And the first two waves should be easy enough for veterans to solo. If you feel you need help on Wave 3 or 6, just leave 1 enemy remaining at the end of the Wave and wait for someone to join. This is routinely what I do when I am playing these days away from my regular group. |

Hear are a few reasons for the number of players skyrocketing on PC in the USA. Can't speak for other countries.
- Many people who're NEW to the trilogy (who had no idea what the hell Mass Effect was) are catching up on how fucking amazing MEA gameplay is.
- Price of the game has gone down.
- I was surprised to know that most of the guys i play with have entry level GPUs, which would struggle with this game. However, the price of older gen GPUs is low enough now that more people can buy it (possibly) for a hardware demanding game like MEA. You can get used ones on ebay for cheap while more well off folks upgrade to newer Vegas and 1080Tis.
- More folks from the rest of the world (Asia - China, Russia, Korea, etc) are signing up. They use IP modulators to join hosts from elsewhere in the world. It takes a while for the rest of the world to catch up folks. It was the same with ME3.
- All you 'know it all' Nostradanuses predicting that the game is dead, could you be wrong? (Ho Ho Ho).
- Looks to me like MEA is here to stay (Ho Ho Ho)
