rofl @ Quarians using paper
I think they left it in the air whether the relays were destroyed.
Unknown tech to make the relays? By 'heretics'? Reaper tech?
If I were to guess and go with the most obvious answer, these were 'heretic' geth separated from the Consensus, that had lost Sovereign and were using technologies (or at least info) he left them with to construct the telescope, and they were using it to scan for more Reapers because communication with any of them had gone dark. Basically they were machine cultists like the indoc/husks can be, but they actually had the means to try to call out to their space gods. The quarian however usurped that technology in order to find a new home for the Quarians, and ultimately for the Initiative.
Tied into a tidy bow, right? Does it make sense?
Now this doesn't mean anything more of the Reapers, but it does intrigue me a little. Why was Bioware willing to 'go there' (allusion to a concept related to Reapers)? Just for narrative convenience (the Geth-telescope-Reaper connection), or as part of a setup of a return of something Reaper? I say this because while we presume Reapers just 'sleep in dark space', we've never had knowledge of whether this is true. So the concepts of 'scanning for the Reapers' mixed with 'finding home(s)' brings up the idea of discovering where they stay/are perhaps docked to, a place that could have a 'Reaper story' without having 'the Reapers'. This is all 'fanwank' in a sense, but well, its where my mind goes after reading this comic. Damn Bioware I guess for bringing up the Geth, Reapers (indirectly), and Geth-Reaper tech?
As for the Benefactor(s), yes there's no strong clue (perhaps indicating Bioware themselves have little clue). So whatever, maybe its Leviathans or Council or somecrap. I like mysteries, but so far I don't think Bioware gives enough direction about it, so PFFFFFFTTTT.

I could buy the digital version on my iPad right now, but it's too expensive to buy all four of them. Could anyone give me a heads up what I should be looking for in regards to mysteries getting solved? Edit: I've read it. The only 'new' thing I discovered was that the telescope used by the Geth consisted of three Mass Relays they moved to one spot. The Quarian got the coordinates and they gave it to the Initiative. After the Turian dude got dishonarable discharge he joined, noting he still didn't know anything about the Benefactors and other mysteries surrounding the Initiative but that he was OK with that. He trusted Jien Garson. The End. imgur.com/a/XZoy8Thank you for saving me the trouble. This sounds awful.
