Below video is discussing this August 31st Interview: Interview with Jeanne Rousseau on GreedFall What I take from the interview is there are three branches that may or may not lead to three "different" endings, and that this is not a Stealth Game, as Stealth will not be an option for every problem. I looked on their Facebook page and there was nothing. There website had never been very useful. I found the above video on Reddit. I guess they're keeping this close to the vest, or perhaps only heavily advertising in their own country at the moment. I check for news from time to time, but it's still stuff from June-August. The game was supposed to be a 2018 one, but it's maybe wise they avoided the competition from the huge AAA titles right now.
Spiders improves with each game and while I don't expect it to be a hit, it will most likely be a pretty decent AA game. The combat will suck though 😀

(Kurt) Bridge Alliance-A national group that aims to conquer the world with science and knowledge
(Unknown) Theleme- A religious state that aims to disseminate to the natives in order to hold a religious supremacy on the new continent
(Unknown) Coin Guard-A guild composed of mercenaries, private soldiers, assassins, martial arts
(Vasco) Nauts- A guild formed by the Voyagers who came to have the power to cross the ocean without their cooperation
(Siora) Teer Fredean-A native who is simply called "the people of the island" or "Yakt Huladi" in the local language. There are multiple tribes adapted to the living environment, not one nation

Apparently we have to have Siora in our party to understand the natives. I have mix feeling about this, on one hand i'm happy we just don't magically understand the natives. On the other hand they are kind of forcing us to have her in the party at all times, or at least the parts where we are dealing with the natives. I hope that the further we progress in the game our character can learn the language. I also read in one of the articles the game is around 35 hours long.

I actually liked the combat from The Technomancer. *shrug* Color me odd, and I can see how you would think that it was clunky. However, in an ever growing sense of "Here's your participation trophy" sense of entitlement when playing video games, I found it highly refreshing in the way that video games used to be.
I hope that they don't change a fucking thing with this game. Of course, I realize that I'm the minority of this board, and in general.

LOL. The Spiders have already committed "heresy" by including a variety of difficulty settings tho. I personally did not enjoy the gameplay in Technomancer, but if the Spiders do not want to change either the gameplay itself or the difficulty on lower settings it wouldn't bother me one bit. I'll just play some other game.

Their prior games have been... a bit of mixed bag, but I'm hoping it'll all come together with this one. mwl was great technomancer was pants (it took them more than 6 months to fix a game breaking bug that killed progress before the first chapter really started) never played any other game by them, as an indi studio I think they are good, for the triple a prices they were after not so much / and clunky game play can be overlooked if the games cheap and doesnt bug out too much, unfortunately they want to run before they can walk and in an industry like this its not going well for them... as for translation issues, I couldn't really care that much, so long as the game plays and doesnt totally wig out on me every couple of missions forcing me to restart from the beginning I can likely live with it.... I gave up trying with technomancer after a total of 80 hours of game play because of all its myriad issues (I dont care if they fixed them in the end, I might try it again in the future but probably not)

Everything I have saw up till now has kept me interested. Now this story trailer has officially put me on the Greedfall hype train. Lip sync is hit and miss. Stiff models with PS3 level of face graphics quality. Generic story. Combat will be annoying since it's a Spiders game.
And I am still buying it the moment it releases.
