Well, I thought I had opted to use it but clearly there was a misunderstanding. Never mind, no harm done and you did get to use your ability. After all it was clear that Mordin was innocent and if he had given Reed a protection then he should have voted for him last round, plus even if Reed had double eliminated, there would still have been two heroes left, so really we couldn't lose.

It was good to see how it worked with all the roles in play. It does seem reasonably well balanced, evil Miranda and Kasumi offsetting the advantage of Grunt and Mordin, plus there is that double jeopardy twist attached to Mordin giving a protection to a spy, whether Mordin is evil or not. When I realised that using Javik's ability at the wrong time, it could lead to a quadruple elimination, it really gave me pause.
