ok I'll switch from Reed to Dragon. I'm not confident enough to pile on Dusty, since she can be simply unsure of Romice's claim. Dragon isn't in danger at all

I switched to you because you were opposing a role said to be a hero in the narrative and to create a tie with someone so as to save myself. I don't necessarily think you're suspicious, but neither is anyone else and you were the only one voting for someone that hinted a known hero.

Reed and Dusty, good luck! Pela still has to vote too, so who knows? Maybe you are both villains More likely both heroes sadly, but we can't do much to tell on round one.

Alright, I held up this voting round long enough. I'm going to place my vote on dragon and hope she isn't a Hero, especially Liara or a protective role.

To be fair to Pela, Dragon did vote for her straight off. Then she is in a similar position to me. She doesn't want to spread the vote further but knows if she votes for one of the people already with a vote they will likely end up changing their vote to her, thus putting her into the tie-breaker as well. The only option to avoid a retaliatory vote is to vote for someone who has already voted for you. Space having already changed his vote to Dragon made the choice easy as that way she avoids spreading the vote, doesn't have to vote for Reed or Dusty and Dragon cannot change her vote to Pela since she is already voting for her.

You moved your vote from Reed. So it could equally be argued that you initially voted for him as a bluff (spy tactic) then changed late on to take him out of the tie-breaker. After all Dusty only changed to Reed after you had taken your vote away from him, leaving Dusty ahead of everyone else on votes (as Reed had already changed to Dusty). However, see my comment below about Reed.

Reed's action was understandable. At the time no-one seemed inclined to save him and he knew that by following Romice's vote he was at least not aligning with a spy, assuming that Romice's claim is true. Considering that Dusty changed from Romice, I think it can be reasonably assumed that her vote was not because Dusty is the real Miranda. As Reed made his vote change first, which initially took him out of danger (well into a tie-breaker), I think it likely that he isn't a spy because if he was, he would know Dusty is innocent (he would hardly have changed his vote to a fellow spy) and it would make people look at him more closely than Romice, a proven hero, if Dusty was voted off. So a spy would have opted for someone else to save his skin.  By contrast, to a hero, Dusty continuing to vote for Romice without directly challenging her role claim, looked suspicious so changing to Dusty seemed the way to go.

Okay, it seems I originally misunderstood certain information I was given. However, having received clarification I was left with a dilemma. Do I risk having a genuine hero voted off in order to avoid attracting attention or do I take a chance that there is another protection role in game. I've decided to opt for the latter.

I think it is pretty certain that Reed is a hero and if I die tonight then I hope he will avenge me. That being the case then there is one person who made their first vote for him and has continued to vote for him. I change my vote from Catilina to Fylimar. If this doesn't result in a last minute reprieve for the others, then at least the information is out there should I suffer an untimely demise.
