The agents automatically kill someone over night. Then the other person died because Dr. Michel is evil and injected them the previous night but they don't die until the one following.

As for Morinth, she is only able to kill if the person she chooses to control can kill. She can also choose to control someone and then if the agents or something else kills them her action is wasted. She can do this twice in a game. Technically she is evil but she doesn't know who the spies are so she could control a spy without knowing it and then use their ability on someone else. So if she controlled an evil Dr Michel the previous night and got them to inject someone, then she would know who the spy is.  However, I think this is unlikely and the agents were responsible for my death one way or another.

And if I were blue I'd be Aria or Morinth.  Both of whom are evil.

If Aria were evil it would be game over already as there would be two spies in play and only one hero. So the Asari is either a good Aria or an evil Morinth, neither of whom would know for certain who is the spy or hero out of the other two.

I believe strongly we have Morinth in the game.
